Everything about this hotel is, in my opinion, exceptional: the personnel was very thoughtful and attentive, the rooms are modern, pleasant and very clean, the breakfast choices excellent.

Good breakfast. Good food, in general (we also had two lunches and two dinners at the hotel's restaurant). Decent prices. Try the beef. :) Good location. 10 min by foot from the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm room. As a smoker, I have to appreciate the decent balcony :)

As most of the beds are single beds, when joining two of them into a queen, maybe it could be better to switch the two single blankets into a double one. The shower fixture could use an upgrade, as ours didn't even have she support for fixing the shower head. You either held it in your hand or just let it hanging :)

The rooms are very dirty. The walls, the carpet is horrible, the armchairs, the bathroom is full of mold. The hotel needs a good renovation. The furniture is ugly, but this wouldn't be a problem if it was clean! We had an ugly bug in the room. The hair dryier was really bad I just cannot understand how this hotel can be rated as a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are 2 and a half maximum and the rest of the hotel is probably a 3 stars hotel. The price is low, but if you care for cleanliness.. this hotel is a big NO
