We love this location and property and all its amenities! Super clean, well maintained, lots to do in the area and on the premises. Staff is helpful and friendly. Easy checkout thru text. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful stay. Upgrade made it even better! It wasn’t totally clean. I could tell the ppl before me had kids, red and blue juice stains all over the kitchen. Candy paper and gum on the table in the front room. No pots or skillets. I just did a total clean up, but I paid for some cleaning service in my fees and I confused as to what I paid for.

Hot tub was broken

We came into town for my son’s wedding. When we checked in we were greeted by an amazing staff that was warm and welcoming! We had a small issue with the first room so they were quick to offer a new location that fit our needs perfectly! They also included a bottle of wine and 2 glasses for our trouble. We also loved the adjoining suite! This was a great experience!

My 3 star rating for the accuracy of the online listing is actually wrong. Because it was so much better than advertised! The place was big, beautiful, functional, and way more than I ever expected. I Wish I had had time to take advantage of the amenities more, but I was there at at conference. Next time!

Check in was smooth, place was clean, everything we needed was in short distance... definitely give it a 10/10

We love Patriots Place and would stay again. The only thing I would tell people is to decline the timeshare presentation when speaking to the concierge to get your room keys. 😉 They say they not trying to sell you anything but they truly are. So if you don't mind sitting through a 90 min presentation (set your alarm 😉) then by all means. I mean, we did and received a $100 American Express card and had fun. Just if you are not going to buy(we didn't..we used to own btw) don't be offended if they get a little bit on the not nice and defensive side. We just overlooked that part because we had been there done that but hey. We got a 100 for 90 min. Not bad lol

Oder in the entryway and our room was so bad we had to buy Febreze to kill the smell.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, inside and out. The pool was refreshing after a hot day and you could dry off by the firepit. We would stay here again!

Very convenient to stores

When we arrived, the front desk did not have our reservation. We had to call Vrbo who had to track the owner to get it squared away. The process took about an hour and a half. Don’t know where the miscommunication was. Other than a rocky start, the trip and the stay was very nice. Comfortable bed.

All in all, we had a clean place to stay with a comfortable king bed so that’s ultimately what matters. The actual room itself was a bit less than to be desired. Our first evening the shower stopped working and we had to call maintenance. They took about an hour and a half in total to fix the issue. On our third day, there were a lot of small spiders in our bathroom. The walls (and adjoining room) were incredibly thin so we heard our neighbors every night until 2 am. The listing was for a studio, and we received a one bedroom apartment. We were happy to have the extra space. We did not take advantage of the resort amenities (pool/clubhouse) but they looked pretty nice. The Club Wyndham Patriots Place is dated but if you’re looking for a reasonable place to stay with close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, this is a fine choice.

What an amazing trip! Already love the Williamsburg area and Busch Gardens, but our accommodations made it that much harder to leave! My friend was begging me to buy another night! SUPER CLEAN, accessible, and serene. We loved it. Will definitely be coming back and spreading the word! (BTW I think we got an upgrade because I thought I was paying for a studio with kitchenette but we got a full 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen, dining, and living room… I AIN’T COMPLAININ’! GREAT TRIP!!)

The unit was great. Very clean, lots of amenities (pool, grills, hot tub, laundry, many outdoor games), and the staff was great. One complaint. They will ask to talk with you about a timeshare for 90 min. I would suggest not doing it even if they offer you tickets or a gift. We were there 1 1/2 hours and when we said we needed time and would not sign a 30,000 membership the man got very rude and basically just got up and left us sitting there. Lot of pressure to sign right there or you won't get the "great deal". It sounded very enticing but we are not ones to sign something for 30k without having time to think about it. We walked away very aggravated and it affected our whole day of vacation. Don't do it, it's not worth the aggravation.

We stayed 7 days and made all our meals here. It was an excellent place to stay. Dishes, cookware and the essentials for cooking were all included in the kitchen. The staff was very helpful.

It was a good stay my girlfriend and I enjoyed it and would stay again!

The place was nice and secluded. Very quiet. I loved everything about my stay. I got to to laundry and just relax after a long day of work. Thank you for everything!

Wyndham Patriots Place was a very nice resort. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was excellent. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and other attractions in the area. However, I suspect the walls were made of cardboard. I heard every word said and every TV show watched in the room next to me, which was especially annoying since there were three adults and two toddlers in a studio. Not an easy place to get a good night's sleep, even with ear plugs. And despite what the host told me, I was somewhat hassled to attend a time share sales presentation (which I did not!)

Patriots Place was such a great choice for one of our employees staying in the area to finish out some work before moving. The ease of scheduling an extended stay was great, location of property was more than sufficient, and the accommodation comfortable and met their needs very well.

Good location. Old definitely needs an update. Pool was nice.

First, the good. Patriot Place is very pretty. And the bathroom in our room was large. But, the room itself was small and cramped and way too small for two people. I was badgered TWICE in two days to come to a time share sales event, the first after a hellish 9 hour drive through storms. Selling you a Time share seems to be what this place is all about. And paying an additional $40 for a "resort fee?" Really. This is not a resort. So, all in all, meh. Won't stay there again.

Very clean, quiet property and room.

Place is really quit! Room is very clean. Nice kitchen with what you need to have a great stay. Internet is slow, can’t stream movies without it buffering but still a 5 star stay!

We felt very comfortable in at home. Your space was clean and spacious. It was easy to settle in.

In town for work and stayed 7 nights. I had no issues with resortshare or the resort. It all went smoothly, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as we expected! Very quiet, clean, and accessible place. Definitely will return back:) Very good for get a way weekends.
