A pochi passi dal lago, in una posizione molto tranquilla. La struttura è gestita da due ragazzi giovani, professionali e molto disponibili. Camere pulitissime e molto accoglienti. Ottima anche la colazione.
Molto interessante anche la storia della struttura, legata al romanzo "I promessi sposi".
Consigliatissimo
Potrebbe risultare un po' scomoda la mancanza dell'ascensore (è una struttura storica, anche se tenuta in maniera impeccabile).

Struttura molto curata, pulizia degli ambienti e del bagno al top, belle le camere con tutti i servizi, ottimo avere il bollitore in camera e piccolo frigo.

Das junge Gastgeberpärchen Cristina und Vincenzo ist superlieb und zuvorkommend, es kümmert sich selbst um alles und ist jederzeit für etwaige Fragen verfügbar.
Die Unterkunft liegt zwar nicht in Gehnähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum Comer See, aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig, man findet problemlos einen Parkplatz in der Nähe und auch der Supermarkt Conad ist nicht weit. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück dazuzubuchen und im netten Innenhof einzunehmen. Unser Appartement war im EG und es war relativ neu eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe; zum Bahnhof geht man ungefähr 15 min. zu Fuß.

We really enjoyed our holiday here! Very nice and clean room and shared bathroom. Quiet location and parking on streets without problems (every day we parked near the apartment). The owners are really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Vincenzo!

Beautiful, cozy, very clean appartment in a small complex, which is runned by very helpful, friendly family, which was responding to all questions within few minutes. The lake within walking distance. Appartment has everything what is needed for comfortable stay.

The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spacious, clean, with everything you need and Cristina and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is in a quieter location in comparison with the other busy side of Lecco, but it’s well placed for getting to the water and taking a long promenade. There is also transport nearby. Recommend!

Hotel very nice- refurbished, clean, but no air condition.Big room, comfortable bathroom. Location maybe good for people who are staying only for a night to rest and driving somewhere else but not for those who want to enjoy lake or town.

Vincenzo and Cristina were very helpful from the start from when you book your trip and right through to the end of your stay. They were incredibly accommodating, as we had rooms on the top floor that were very hot due to the warm weather, so they moved us to the bottom floor and provided fans for our two apartments. We also had a little difficulty locating the building, but after a quick WhatsApp message, we were quickly greeted outside of the building. The rooms have been recently renovated, so they look modern and new. This is a great starting point if you are looking to visit Lake Como. I would highly recommend La Casa del Sarto.
Air conditioning would be an added bonus, but the fans provided are very efficient.
