All the meals tasted the same. 10 out of 14 days I only enjoyed eating salad. Sharing pool rooms are located right next to the pool bar. From 12-24 too noisy to be able to sleep or relax in room. Not a 5 star hotel on any level.

Really nice relaxed atmosphere and really nice guests. A variety of nationalities and age groups. Very nice staff and always helpful. A lot going on during the day and the animation team do a very good job entertaining younger children. Very nice food and good quality drinks.

I have seen a lot of teens that would benefit from more activities to bring them together.

The team was very nice

Every day around 18:00/19:00 there was no water, and the management knew about it. The sprinklers on the garden on the way to the room were activated at 21:00 and got us wet. The fridge on the room didn't work and they fixed only after 2 days. The food was not tasty.

it was not a huge resort so felt more personal. I booked a superior room which was spacious and comfortable

the bathroom was very tired and in need of a refurbishment, this let the room down which is why I have scored it lower. the shower screen leaked onto bathroom floor which is annoying and my friends had same issue even in a suite.

The food in the restaurant was good, and the waiters give their best. There is good shady parking for the cars.

We stayed at this hotel in the last two weeks of August. We had booked two double rooms. When we arrived, the reception informed us that they had placed us in a 4-bed suite. We explicitly replied that we wanted two separate rooms as we had booked. They told us that we will be transferred to two rooms, but on the next day, and we had to stay for the first night at the 4-bed suite.  That suite had a pool adjacent to the balcony, without any separator or other protective measure, which had depth 1.35 m, posing a deadly risk for our son who is 5 years old, and can't swim. The next morning we were offered in the reception a free rented car, if we maintained the suite. We repeated that we wanted what we had booked, via booking.com. We moved to separate rooms at noon. The cover of the toilet was not functioning, and the cleaning lady said they will fix it. One day passed without fixing it and we called to remind them, this time they fixed it. The 3rd day, the air-conditioning started leaking water, and we woke up in a little pool at the room. We called reception, and in the afternoon they fixed it. The toilet did not have a toilet brush. We figured that it might be some deliberate choice, and we didn't ask. Instead we were using the shower phone to clean up the toilet. But then, after a week, a toilet brush appeared, which shows that they had just forgotten to place one from the beginning.  We asked for beach towels. In other five star hotels we get towel cards. Here, we had to pay in advance 40 euros for 4 toilets. We were given a paper which wrote 40, and we were told that in order to get back the insurance, we had to bring the towels AND the paper (see the paper in the photo). Which made us think that because they needed to know how much was the insurance (and the amount of it) this policy might not be a standard treatment of their customers.
