Située au fonds d’un clos, la Villa Lorigane vous permet de profiter du calme tout en étant à 7 minutes à pied du centre du village de Flayosc. Le village dispose de toutes commodités et la proximité de la Villa permet au vacancier qui le souhaite de ne plus utiliser sa voiture une fois arrivé à destination et de profiter pleinement de la vie du village de Flayosc.

Au bord de la piscine au sel en forme de haricot de 8m*4m, venez profiter des cigales et du soleil provençal. La piscine est à l’ombre l’après-midi et permet aux parents d’éviter les soucis permanents du port de casquette et autres repasses de crème solaire pour les enfants.

Le vacancier avide de découvertes et aventures trouvera lui aussi une région sur mesure, avec de nombreux charmants villages typiques, nichés dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel offrant de superbes paysages. Flayosc est également à mi-chemin entre le golfe de Saint-Tropez et les Gorges du Verdon. La Villa est équipée de 3 chambres climatisées, dont une dans une dépendance attenante à la maison. Chaque chambre dispose d’une salle d’eau:
- Chambre 1 : 20m² - 1 lit de 180*200, 1 lit bébé; salle de bain, WC séparé
- Chambre 2 : 16m² - 2 lits de 90*190, pouvant être assemblés pour former un grand lit de 180*190, salle de douche
- Chambre 3 : 12m² - 1 lit de 140*190, salle de douche et WC
La maison dispose d’une cuisine américaine équipée de 12m² avec frigo américain et distributeur de glaçons, d’un grand séjour de 40m² avec salon équipé d’un feu ouvert. Le garage est disponible et dispose de nombreux espaces de rangement.
La maison est reliée à la fibre et permet aux adeptes de plateformes de streaming ou de télétravail de se reposer sur un réseau rapide et de qualité.
La maison est munie de matériel de puériculture de base : lit bébé, 2 chaises hautes, table à langer et baignoire dans la chambre 1.
Le ménage est obligatoire et s’élève à 130 EUR.

Charming Provencal villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 450m from the centre of Flayosc

Located at the bottom of a dead-end, the Villa Lorigane allows you to enjoy the calm while being 7 minutes walk from the centre of the village of Flayosc. The village has all amenities and the proximity of the Villa allows the holidaymaker who wishes to do so to no longer use his car once he arrives at his destination and to fully enjoy the village of Flayosc.

At the poolside (8m*4m swimming pool (salt)), come and enjoy the cicadas and the Provencal sun. The pool is in the shade in the afternoon and allows parents to avoid the constant worries of wearing a cap and reapplying sun cream for their children.

The Villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is in an outbuilding adjoining the house. Each room has an adjoining shower room:
- Bedroom 1: 20m² - 1 bed 180*200, 1 baby bed, bathroom, separate WC
- Bedroom 2: 16m² - 2 beds of 90*190, which can be assembled to form a large bed of 180*190, shower room
- Bedroom 3: 12m² - 1 bed 140*190, shower room and WC

The house has a fully equipped kitchen of 12m² with American fridge and ice maker, a large living room of 40m² with an open fire. The garage is available and has plenty of storage space.

The house is connected to the fiber and allows fans of streaming platforms or telecommuting to rely on a fast and quality network.

The house is equipped with basic childcare equipment: cot, 2 high chairs, changing table and bathtub in bedroom 1.

The cleaning is compulsory and amounts to 130 EUR.

Bed linen and bath towels in option, at a price of 25 EUR per person and per stay.
