We didn’t get a working television and when we asked for help at the front desk we were told she was too busy and would call us back. We called again about twenty minutes later and were told again that she didn’t have time for us. We were never called back.

I try to stay here whenever I’m in town for business because it’s clean and safe. The beds are comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly. My only concern this stay was the bedding in the closet for the sofa bed was used already. I went to grab an extra blanket and it was bundled up with the mattress cover/bottom sheet. That was a bummer but I’ve had any issues like this in the past here so I’m attributing it to nobody is perfect!

The place was clean and nice looking. However we were given a handicapped accessible room which every thing was very low (dressers bed Nightstands). Which after a few hours gets tiring when youre old and have back issues.
On the 2nd night a family with 4 kids arrived and were placed in the room above ours.
They were jumping and loud every night until 2-3 am. Despite calling front desk nothing was done to keep quiet, move them or move us.
Upon check out there was kind of blank stare from receptionist never asked hoe are stay was she easnt rude but kind of just took our room key and said ok. Kind of low efrort for a Marriot property

The pool wasn’t working in the middle of summer and the was my sole purpose of my reservation and I couldn’t cancel. No notable warning of this on the expedia app.

This is a great hotel. The staff was friendly. The Hotel was extremely clean and kept up.
The rooms were oversized, and the bathrooms were huge.
The area was safe. Parking was good. Breakfast was clean and kept up. Hotel was not crowded.
Stay here if you need a good room. We stayed here on our way to Death Valley

Hotel was overall clean, and staff was attentive. The shower head in our room was spray upwards and you can tell it has been for sometime.. there may be some mold coming soon. Pillows were as flat as the bed sheet, but the bed itself was not horribly uncomfortable. Continental free breakfast had a nice spread that included some gluten free options.

Truck was stolen!! Horrible, no cameras around the building.. staff didn't bother to do anything about it. Manager didnt even come out of her office to hear us out.

The conditions of the Hotel are great however very concerning that a truck was stolen from the hotel parking from a family we know and the Hotel reported not having cameras in the property. Pool is quite small.

The stay was good. It is what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn & Suites.
Meaning, quality and good customer service at a medium budget priced hotel.
The issue at this location are the pillows. Guys, I mean seriously who chose those pillows.
I have stayed at a lot of different hotels and a couple of different Fairfield's too. I mean I am currently silver status at Expedia, so I have an idea of what I am talking about.
These are some of worst pillows I have slept on in the industry.
People, come on! Do your brand a solid, not to mention your clients.

Beautiful property. Clean, well equipped, delicious breakfast! What more do I need? The check in was easy and the (late night) front desk person was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
