Great location and the rooms were lovely and big. The staff were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay

It was raining very heavy and through the night the ceiling was leaking on my bed.

Nunca vi un empleado, ni a la llegada ni a la salida, ni en ningún momento de mi estancia. Ese esquema tan despersonalizado no fue de mi agrado porque le resta calidez al sitio. Deberían contar con recepcionista tri o bilingüe permanente y presencial.

The staff were outstanding, most especially Marcela…….her customer service was above and beyond. Immaculately clean and crisp bedding, towels and bathroom facilities.

Mattress on bed not very comfortable. We had a 3 single bed room booked……I took advantage of the upgraded room that Booking.com offered to me with a bigger seating area with a settee in it, that was great. It also said that the bedroom would have a double bed and 2 singles. That did not happen - in fact the 3rd single bed in the room was a folding bed that was on wheels that moved each time it was used, plus the metal bars across the middle dug into you as the mattress was so thin. I consider this to be the problem of booking.com not of CallMe Crema. You offered the extra service to me for an upgrade in payment which I gladly did and paid - please don’t make false promises! The team at CallMe could not have been better, very welcoming and friendly and so very helpful.

It used to be a convent and I think it’s still a nursing home, which is very nice if you want a place that gives you a lovely vibe from the locals!

The bed was not very comfortable, you can feel the bed bones when you lay down on them. I also asked for one big bed but they gave me two single beds, but that’s alright. Also it’s a little bit hard to find at the first time with no pins on google maps.

Staff were super helpful when I was booking a stay here, offered advice on how to get to Crema. Room was massive and super clean. Hotel is quite central and close to everything

It’s located in the centre, but in very quiet street. It’s complex of hotel and medical centre for seniors, so it’s very calm accomondation. I can recommend to pairs. Not for big loud groups.

The property was beautiful, spacious, with newly renovated rooms and bedding. The staff was excellent. The location was perfect! Very good value.

The coffee machine was down for most of my stay with no other options for water or juice. They did offer to make a simple coffee on another machine in the back. The breakfast was a bit limited for options.

This hotel is the best hotel in Crema, the staffs was so very very very nice. they help me with everything, even if I have many things to asked they’re still glad to help. I like this place sooooooo much. the security is perfect and the atmosphere is great!!!! I recommended.

No. I don’t have something didn’t like. some staff cannot speak English but they tried to help and understand and tried to communicate so well. It’s so great!

It is clean, comfortable, the staff were very welcoming. It is perfectly located for Crema’s historic centre, which is beautiful by the way!

They have put plastic grass in the sitting out area which, for me, makes it unusable.

Great location, beautiful backyard, lovely elderly people, nice breakfast.

The staff didn’t speak any English at all and that made the communication hard.

It met everything i needed for a short stay

Room was large and heating was way too hot all night . I couldn’t turn it off and when i managed it turned back on. Slept so badly as a result.

It should be noted that the guesthouse "CallMe" is a floor, inside a senior residence "Centro Residenziale San Lorenzo", dedicated to tourist accommodation. We were surprised when we arrived, but we think it's a fantastic idea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, with a kitchenette (but we stayed only one night and did not use it). The environment is pleasant, with very friendly and fully autonomous seniors. The breakfast is modest, not very varied, but with the essentials.
