The host was lovely, accommodating our needs when we asked for an earlier check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. There's no issues with this place. We will be back if we need another place in the West Sussex area.

Had a brilliant stay for two nights. Was travelling after work so got there a bit late but Ian was completely understand and still helped me in with my bags. The room was really nice, had a massive comfy bed and tv. Had an en-suite with large shower. Was all very clean and tidy. Ian was really lovely, was a great host and he makes the best full English breakfast!! It was made with very good quality and local ingredients, it kept me full all day. He had cereals, juices and tea / coffee (very good coffee from a coffee machine) on offer too. It is in a brilliant location as it was nice and quiet but with Chichester so close and there is a really nice pub 4 mins away that did a nice evening meal. I am not the best with directions so didn’t find it very easily in the dark but did see that his neighbours had big numbers on their drive (2 and 4) so made the correct assumption that he was in between! But I may have missed his house number. Hoping he uploads a picture of his breakfast on booking as I recon he would get so many more people going, it was honestly amazing. I would give this stay more than 5/5 if I could, you couldn’t fault it. I highly recommended it and would definitely stay there again.

This was a last minute booking, the host was very welcoming and personable. The accommodation was absolutely spot on. This will definitely be my first choice for accommodation in Chichester going forward.

We loved the decor everything was beautifully decorated, the breakfast was amazing.

We felt a bit uncomfortable about having a breakfast cooked for us on Saturday without prior knowledge. Also no hot water on Sunday morning, for showers.

The property has been renovated to an excellent standard.

Very nice room, big bed, clean, new bathroom. Very prompt reply to a couple of questions. Location is excellent, with a late bus back from the center within a 5min walk of the location.

The host Ian is one of the nicest people you could wish your stay to be with. Nothing is to much trouble. The English Breakfast is amazing so well cooked and presented and whatever you want you can have. Loved it.
