O autoclismo não funcionava, solicitamos manutenção que demorou a comparecer, fez uma improvisação para funcionar, mas que não resolveu o problema, que voltou a ocorrer e se manteve até o final da estadia

Boa localização e espaço agradável. Teria sido uma bela estadia se não fossem os incovenientes que nos aconteceram e do qual sentimos que não tivemos o melhor serviço de apoio ao cliente.
Em primeiro lugar, enfrentámos o inconveniente ao tentar cancelar a última noite da nossa reserva com 2 dias de antecedência, devido ao falecimento de um familiar, um processo nada simples num momento de dor.
Além disso, durante a nossa estadia, tivemos problemas com insetos no apartamento. Um episódio com formigas que invadiram o quarto, entrando numa gaveta que tinha medicamentos que acabaram no lixo. Além das formigas, também tivemos 2 baratas, uma no mesmo dia em que surgiram as formigas e outra, de grande dimensão, uns dias depois, também no quarto. Ao contactar o alojamento para a entrega de armadilhas e spray para insetos, recebemos apenas a resposta de que a situação estava a ser analisada e que iriam deixar os materiais necessários no quarto, caso permitíssemos a entrada. No entanto, apesar de termos dado o nosso consentimento, nunca foi deixado nada no apartamento.
É lamentável que, apesar de o apartamento ter ótimas condições, tenhamos tido que lidar com estas situações e de resposta inadequada por parte da equipa. Considerando o valor pago pela estadia, sentimos que a nossa experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas.

It has all we needed for the stay and the location was close to grocery stores and amazing beaches. Our apartment was clean and comfortable + great view and breeze.

Absolutely fantastic family accomodation, really well equipped and extremely comfortable in every way. The staff were so helpful (especially with making sure we had all items needed for our baby ) ,which made such a difference. Great location too where you can easily walk into Cabanas with many restaurants/cafes and supermarket.( or just enjoy the lovely urbanización and pool, which felt very safe and family orientated). We will definitely be returning as a family ,thank you
The only small thing that would be helpful would be to put hand soap in the bathrooms for guests as part of the welcome pack.

Great complex and apartment. Loved the decor, balcony, coffee machine etc. Lovely rooms and furnishings. Great that some cleaning products/toiletries are provided so you don't have to buy everything. Fabulous apartment and would book again. Enjoyed the on site bar, did great cocktails at reasonable prices. Check in and out went very smoothly. Jessica from My Choice was friendly and helpful when she met us to give us the keys.
These are only minor points but there was only a mirror in the bathroom and a tiny mirror in the bedroom. Would have been nice to have a dressing table with a mirror so don't have to try and get ready when someone else is having a shower and the mirror is steaming up. Would have also been good to have sun loungers on the balcony. There are some chairs but they are not comfortable for sunbathing. This wouldn't stop us booking again though.

Location
The door didn’t lock. We asked for twin beds but they only had one big bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is spacious but uncomfortable. The wifi didn’t work at all and it took three days to fix the wifi. They fixed it the last day. I’m not sure about rooms but please don’t stay in 208

- coger hamaca son los juegos del hambre, poca sombra, poco césped , solo en la piscina de mayores
- La comida es bastante mejorable y solo está abierto el restaurante de arriba durante todo el dia con comida muy de batalla, fast food basicamente.
- distancias muy largas entre los sitios , del comedor a la piscina, de las habitaciones a la sala de fiestas.

Good location and pool
The fact the owner came to inspect the property whilst we were staying there, meaning we couldn't be in the appartment for 2 hours at short notice. Then when we came back the patio doors had been left wide open and it was very windy and they didn't seem to care when we phoned up to tell them.

The whole complex looks and feels little dated. The person who met us was too rushed with her introduction.

Le logement l'encadrement la piscine ,les restaurants e bar a la piscine, les animations. L'établissement placement prêt de la plage 900m, on peut faire tout à pied, superbe séjour.
Les assiettes été sale, des sussi avec le lave-linge( inondation )problème de évaluations du tuyau de l'eau

Wauw wauw wauw , no words. The service is amazing, 10min walk to the restaurants. Jessica and Ligia were amazing and so lovely. We are defenitely coming back.
