Absolutely magical experience. Every staff you encounter is kind, welcoming and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area is so nice! Rooms are beautiful and well appointed.

Wir wurden sehr nett beim Eingang empfangen und per WhatsApp funktionierte die Kommunikation sehr gut. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat sogar eine Waschmaschine, was wir gleich nutzten. Die Prince Mall unten ist sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen! Der Balkon mit Blick am Pool ist nett zum Sitzen am Abend, wenn man der überlaufenen Stadt etwas entkommen will.

Abholung hat gut geklappt, die Betreuung war nett.
Wir haben die Unterkunft eigentlich nur wegen des Pools gebucht. Der war aber ohne Ankündigung einfach leer. Als wir hochgebracht wurden, wurde uns davon nichts gesagt, obwohl sie uns sogar gesagt hat, wo es zum Pool geht.

Very good communication by the host! Very convenient location, tidy, fully functional apartment, perfect for a night stay before heading to the islands.
Everything was spotless, including the bed itself, but could perhaps use new/more comfortable bedding.

It was right above the prince mall, had a great pool area and not far from the beach, it also had its own washing machine which was a bonus
There was not to much to dislike, the facilities were good, just to many casinos in this area of Cambodia, the tv only has access to YouTube no Netflix access, so if you want to catch up with your shows, not going to happen

Wonderful place, enjoyed my stay, comfortable, clean room, on top of a mall with many shops and restaurants. Close to the beach.
Contacting the host was difficult. We had a phone number but she didn't reply. The only way to contact her was through the booking.com app. However, once contact was made, the host was great.
Strongly recommend using the app to communicate with this host.

Spotless clean .washing machine . Big swimming pool , small air conditioned gym . Supermarket, food court , restaurants in the mall .
Bed was really hard , but that can be arranged by owner, asian clientele usually like hard mattress . But he has also different bed type . But I only learned that after my stay . No big problem though .

The host was really nice. He took us from the lobby to the room. It’s a nice apartment, with one bed, one kitchen and one bathroom. The view from this stay is wonderful.

On top of mall which is useful for restaurants
Very expensive for the quality of the room, the host charger an extra $9 cleaning fee when we first arrived which was ridiculous. The room is very expensive and tiny, there is a reason there are no zoomed out pictures of the room. Very hard uncomfortable bed, horrible silky bedding, cold shower, hard to find apartments, overall not worth the money find a hotel for better value

Whenever I book an apartment, I usually buy or bing condiments and dishwashing soap. This was annoying when I travel because I don't like carrying extra things. But this apartment had it all! It was clean and the host was very welcoming! Plus, the mall was below the apartment which made it nice to get food or a drink. Would definitely stay her again!

Only negative was having no oil or butter to cook. Salt, pepper etc. Provided which was great but as I was only there for a short time some cooking oil would've been great. Also a knife and spoon/spatula for cooking would have been helpful.
