Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous little village. Everything you needed was provided. Welcome basket and milk in fridge appreciated. Nice comfortable beds.

What an amazing cottage it was so comfortable and cosy in a great location. It was well equipped with anything you could possibly think of. The Cafe next door smelt delicious everyday so we had to try it and my goodness it didn't disappoint and is a must if you visit Great Ayton.

The entire place was spotless…and to a high standard. The bedrooms were a great size. Location was perfect and I was really impressed.

A high standard of decoration, a very modern and well equipped cottage. Also very comfortable sofa’s and plenty of space for the whole family to relax.
A shame we couldn’t access standard channels on the TV due to problems with the mast (no fault of the host at all, a problem in the area).

Excellent,central location but quiet, and great cafe next door. Lovely welcoming touches of jams and biscuits, a coffee machine and some milk in the fridge ,very thoughtful. The house was really clean and welcoming. We’d definitely stay there again if in the area.

The beds and towels are soft and cozy, the extra touches from options of drinks, milk in the fridge, the dog blankets, Wi-Fi code easily found, smart tv. Lovely bathroom shampoo conditioner shower gels. It’s a home from home.
My family have never settled in a place away from home like this. It’s beyond perfect and we would love to visit again. Thank you for having us.

2 mins walk from Coop, pub,chippy basically no problems getting food or eating out.
The control on the shower, only one control, which if you turned the pressure down the water went cold. Maybe I was no doing it correctly.
Extractor fan in bathroom didn't seem to work. May it just runs quiet.
The bubble mat in the bath was very slippery.

Location was excellent, lovely village, parking easy. Extremely well equipped kitchen, if you wanted to be making your own meals you could not wish for better. We would definitely return for a longer stay, highly recommended.
