The location is unbeatable if you want to drive the track. The facilities are ok, but not exceptional for the price attached.
With restaurant staff was unforgettable. In the most horrible way imaginable. 0 knowledge of English from both servants working on the shift and they had to get the receptionist to translatr a very simple phrase: I'd like to order food. One waiter (Omar) ended up yelling and scolding me for not speaking French because we were in Belgium. As a counterargument of his logic when I invited him to speak Dutch, he started to scold me in Italian and brag about knowing two languages. You just couldn't make it up. Unthinkable for a hotel that host so many international guests. The food itself was also not worth the money at all. The breakfast was also meh. Maybe the pandemic made all the good service personnel switch jobs.

The breakfast was cold, the bacon and sausages weren't cooked enough. The eggs were also cold. Worst breakfast

bed was firm
the airconditioning was not working properly (keep saying 18degres but actually more around 22), difficutly to sleep as we cannot adjust it, reported it but still waiting for actions.
3 days breakfast and organisation issues, no bread, no croissants, no plates, coffee machine out of service. reported to the staff but they seemed to be understaff and running everywhere whithout acting.
Not what you expect for a supposed 4 stars hotels with high price (500 for 3 nights)

Location - being close to the track
Breakfast was not a great experience. We arrived at 9.30am and struggled to find a clean table, plates, cutlery or food ! The 2 staff on duty were not particularly welcoming or helpful. We raised this with reception when we checked out however we’re just advised that this was not typical for the hotel.

The location, the lovely staff, great food and relaxing reception seating area. My bed was big and comfortable, the decor lovely and literally a few yards from the entrance to Spa Francorchamps!
That I arrived later than expected. I really wanted to use the spa facilities and explore the surrounding areas

Extremely disappointed in both booking.com and Hotel La Source. I had a booking for four night from the Wednesday to check out Sunday . I emailed the hotel and booking.com on the Saturday before to explain that I had tested positive for Covid and asked if I could cancel/refund or get a voucher or change dates , I was met with negative responses from both sources with being told neither could help , the full total 700 euros was charged with no empathy as to my situation. I have used booking,com and Hotel La Source many time but will be looking for alternatives from now.
