Bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Mattress was on a polished timber platform that extended out past the mattress so not only was it difficult to get in and out of bed but the mattress kept slipping on the polished wood platform.

The house was quite cosy and the host was fantastic. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of room in the bedroom. Full access to kitchen amenities and washing machine. Extremely good value for money.
The only major downside of the property is the location - if you're travelling into the CBD a lot, you'll either be catching a lot of taxis, buying or renting a vehicle, or waiting for buses that never turn up on time. It's only 10 minutes into the city by car but a 30 minute bus ride.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Cassino Drive. We like it so much that we extended our stay for over a month, due to the price and location. The manager of the property, Brian, really made our stay enjoyable, he was very friendly and we felt very looked after. The property was always clean and had everything you need to live comfortably there. Next time we come to Perth we would return to Cassino drive.

Gemeinschaftsküche hätte eine gründliche Reinigung nötig. Eher weit weg vom Zentrum (aber das weiss man ja, wenn man sich die Karte ansieht).

Was a really beautiful house, that the lady always kept very clean, had all the facilities that a self catering unit should have!
We would definitely recommend this stay as it’s really good value for money and is located in a good area, with a bus stop right outside 😊

The house is nice but weird.
The bed matrice was confortable, big with a platform (we still do not understand why this platform was so big).
The arrival day time was a bit bizarre (an answering machine was sorry... Nobody could answer) we wait and a code eventually arrive by sms to give us access to the key.
No breakfast, no coffee machine (was broken) , no cutlery, no TV in the room, lots of students, nothing was look after, bins not empty, 2 towels for 2 people for 8 days, nothing more.
Only one chair in the bedroom.
Huge TV but not available.

Beautiful house, loved the style and design, the touches of Asian culture and the space upstairs, comfortable bed.
Would stay again maybe in the bedroom across the stairs ?
The host was very nice and responsive when I texted her.
Could hear the activities of a couple across my room, my bedroom was on the street so could hear the traffic from it and people talking in front of the house. I smelled smoking coming up in the bedroom which was unpleasant for a non-smoker. I would suggest to have a bin in the bedroom, and having power points available near the head of the bed would be helpful.
As a shared bathroom, cleanliness was average, and to have liquid soap for handwashing would be good.
I may have missed the description to find the bedroom upstairs so was wondering where to find it to start with. Maybe to put a sign at the entrance or at the stairs to indicate where the bedrooms are ?
But it was a pleasure to get lost in this luxury home.

Private, friendly landlord. Should have a discount policy for returning customers.
The key is a bit hard to find, the owner should have clearer instructions for people to come and find easily. If have toilet and shower room inside the bedroom is the best.
