We spent three nights here before heading on a cruise, and it was just perfect! The little touches made this rental so special. We walked in to a special treat from the host, and it just got better from there. Most important to me was a supply of coffee! If we needed something, it was there. The house is beautiful and the pool area is like an oasis. Highly recommend!!

Loved this home! It was clean and had everything you could need. The pool was a hit with my kids, especially being heated. The owners were very helpful with all we needed and gave us great recommendations on things to do. Location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and Busch gardens wasn’t too far down the road. If we visit again we will definitely want to stay here again!

Serenity Springs was our home away from home for our final spring break trip with our son before he graduates from high school. He wanted to mountain bike and charter fish and the Riverview location of Serenity Springs was the perfect distance to everywhere we wanted to be - Alafia River Trails, Balm Boyette Preserve, the Marina and the beach - my daughter's request (on break with her boyfriend from UW-Madison). The house was incredibly clean and the perfect size for the five of us. It had every amenity we desired including a well-stocked kitchen, garage to store our bikes, laundry, shampoo/conditioner in reusable bottles and an assortment of board games which came in handy for the few hours it rained one day. The solar heated pool was fantastic for relaxing in after our daily adventures and even my big kids enjoyed the squirt guns and floats provided. Rick put in the extra effort to make sure the pool temp was perfect for our arrival and the flowers in and around the lanai were in full bloom and absolutely lovely. I enjoyed the view of the preserve and checked regularly for birds/wildlife. Rick, Ruth and Meme were the most thoughtful hosts from before our visit even started right up to the moment we departed. They welcomed us like we were family. Rick was also very helpful when we had an issue with our vehicle. He made what could have been a very stressful situation quite easy to deal with. Serenity Springs was our best vacation rental yet! We highly recommend it!

The home was great,everything we needed was right there. Grocery store within a half mile.Neighborhood was very quiet and watching the birds out back was super cool. I 75 was only three miles away so traveling north and south was very easy. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again!!

The location in Riverview was perfect for visiting family in Fish Hawk during the Christmas holiday. The living spaces and master bed/bath are spacious with plenty of room for our stuff. The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are a little small, but functional. Everything was very clean.

Comfortable, well equipped, attractive. Love the large lanai eating room and gorgeous heated pool.

We had a great week in this home with our family. Everything we needed was available. It was close enough to restaurants and stores. There was plenty of space for 5 of us. We got a lot of use of the pool. The water temperature was perfect! The host responded quickly anytime I contacted them. No issues, just a nice stay, better than a hotel for sure.

Spacious house that was well equipped. Close proximity to gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Owner went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable.

The home is spacious, comfortable, and felt like an island getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible to our needs. The private pool and the view of the nature preserve behind the property were highlights. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s but never one more well stocked as this one. They had fresh ground coffee, a good variety of spices, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. They even had water bottles and to-go cups. Wonderful experience.

Dear reader, Congratulations, you have found a hidden gem with Rick and Meme in Riverview FL. They are experienced landlords and property mangers. The house location is away from the noise tucked away in a middle class neighborhood. It took me one hour to reach any part of Tampa, which is just right for the price but not too far from essentials like grocery, take out and so on. You will find they have out a ton of TLC and ESG investment in the 1970s built home. It is three full size bedrooms and two full sized baths. The master bedroom is over the top good with his and her setup. The house provides towels for bathing and the amazing outdoor screened in pool. There is a patio and easy access to the toilet without running through the house should you need to leave the pool. This saved us from ruining the hardwood floors with water. Perfect boundaries for kiddos. The house has new appliances, new kitchen cookware and a massive living area for watching TV as a family. And if you get tired of each other, the bedrooms offer their own TV for viewing. The internet access is also superb. I was able to confidently communicate with Rick throughout our stay.
