The mattresses on the bed, oh my they was so comfortable!!!! Centre of platanias, but close to beach. Could hear the sea at night.

I loved the location - in the centre of Platanias (3 minutes to the Platanias Square) and 1 minute away from the beach. The shower in the bathroom is quite small, but the rest was perfect based on the money we paid.

The location is very good, a convenience store literally a stone’s throw away and the same for the beach just down a 20m road. Very friendly staff, they were very helpful. The normal beds were very comfortable to sleep in.
We felt that the shower was very small especially for men that are a bit big like us. The sofa bed was an old one and not comfortable to stay on, so because of that, we didn’t use :(.

Good location but very basic accommodation.
One of the air conditioners was very old and badly maintained, the air filters smelled.
The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. One of them was uneven.

Perfect location, we could hear the sea waves from our room when we opened the windows. ❤ Restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, bus stop, car rental, everything was super close!
No mosquito net on the window, we were told (by others) that it is common in Crete everywhere and could not buy in any shops. I would recommend to bring your own if you have trouble sleeping with the AC on.

The staff was very welcoming and responsive. The rooms were quite functional, the beds and mattresses were ok, bed linen and towels clean. There is a small but pleasant balcony with a table, four chairs and umbrella. A safe deposit was very useful, as well as an air conditioning system and a small fridge. There were plates, glasses and cutlery, a table and chairs, all well-suited for five persons. The beach with sun beds on offer is a five minutes walk, as well as a busy central street of the neighborhood, with lots of inexpensive cafes and shops. There is a small garage, it was ok for us but could be a bit problematic for larger and taller cars.
To my taste, a bathroom and shower could be renovated.

Close to everything beach 2 seconds away shops 2 seconds away . We liked our welcome bottle of wine and monkey nutts thank you we had a nice stay :)
The toilet seat was a pain in my arse we was in room 1 it's not the correct size . Shower curtains could do with a wash .
