Absolutely nothing.

The property is not near the beach like it was advertised. The furniture is old falling apart. The grounds are unkept, rusted empty buildings everywhere.

We got a good quality for a very good price that we could afford. It was comfortable and airy. Great washer and dryer and nice access to a more secluded field on the backside.

It would be great to have screen doors with safety bars or something like that, but that would also not let mosquitoes through which could be locked. We found it quite difficult to keep cool enough at night unless we opened the sliding doors, but then there was no way to lock the screen doors. Also screen doors that don’t have such a big space at the bottom because we had to stuff them with toilet paper to keep the mosquitoes from biting us. The kitchen could also use a non-serrated knife with a sharpener because all the knives are super dull. You could also use a regular toaster and a couple of larger serving spoons. The Fossett on the front side of the house sprays the building everywhere so that could be fixed.
