Location of the place was close to shops, parking was easy as it was provided. The place was spacious, it exceeded my expectations. The wifi was good, we love it. The rooms were all air-conditioned, there’s hot shower, ventilation was good. The keycards were super premium, it feels like a resort.

The shower head in the bathroom was kinda loose and tilting down, we couldn’t adjust much. The surrounding of the location was pretty busy, if you have more than one car it will be difficult to park nearby the homestay as there is only one parking provided.

Location is good if plan to stay around bayan lepas. got convenience stores and food court around. Everything else looks good but BED BUGS ruin my whole family trip.

BED BUGS! Discover 1 live bed bug on 2nd night and found another live bed bug and bed bug exoskeleton on same bed on same day. There is also bed bug faeces or droppings on mattress protector and mattress. This means the problem is there for quite some time and can be more live bugs that not yet discover. This is really a disturbance to us, and we no longer can stay there as we are exposing the risk to bring this bug back to 3 families of us. I did ask if there are alternative location to stay but unfortunately answer is no, So, we have no choice but move out and shift to another location in 2 hours even we have super tight schedule and at our OWN COST. Of 4 nights I booked, we only stay for 2 nights. I ask for full refund due to unpleasant and unhappy trip for us and also hassle and risk thst we must take when back home. I’m travelling elderly and kids, shifting is not a good option for us but I got super huge pressure from my elderly. We have serious argument, and this make all of us heat up. End up we force to move out. We didn’t receive any help from host at all to resolve the problem. The host only offer to clean with insect spray but we don’t think can help as it needs professional cleaning from pest control. Besides all the unhappiness during the trip, we are facing to risk to bring home the bug. Special handling needed for all of our luggage and have to wash all our clothing with hot water. Transport also send for cleaning and vacuum even might not help much. Please note that I’m not asking for compensation, it is refund which I think is fair to us as well as the host. Instead of compensating us, the host should pay for professional pest control. It is their responsibility to ensure the cleanliness of the premises and for upholding their duty to the tourism industry, especially as the global bed bug issue becomes more severe. I only received 1 night stay refunded and i think the host not really concern about the issue. Completely disappointed!!

Unit need further improvement, balcony sliding door derail, bathroom shower head holder spoil, floor mattress dusty.

Good location near USM, Bukit Jambul Complex, airport, bus terminal etc.

We had some difficulty accessing the electronic front door but other than no issues whatsoever.
