Food is waaay over priced and bad. we ordered a few different dishes for lunch and not 1 we could say was good. Also check in is at 4pm (if you are lucky you can get it around 2-3) and checar out is at 11 am…

Villa La Estancia was wonderful! The setting was stunning and the room exceeded our expectations. It was over 2,000 square feet and perfect for our party of six. Two huge bedrooms, a large living area, full size kitchen and three bathrooms afforded us plenty of living space for our week stay. The balconies overlooked the Sea of Cortez and the beautiful pool facility. It was a dream, made that much better by a gentle, kind, caring staff of hard working people. We loved every minute of our stay at Villa La Estancia and we would recommend it highly!

Staff were very friendly. Very safe location. And the property was well maintained. Restaurant service was very good and the food was very good.

We loved how attentive the staff were to us. They definitely wanted us to be happy and we were! The rooms were spacious and the balcony was amazing!

The only thing I didn't like is when we were on the beach and trying to relax, the vendors kept interrupting us. This isn't the hotels fault but it is annoying.

Very expensive and all the extra charges .. This was supposed to be all inclusive for two people and it seemed like a lot of things were unavailable with the all inclusive package. Also they Villa la estancia required me to pay over$300 to add another all Inclusive. instead of allowing to just get there own food …

Too many rules due to the private ownership that somewhat impeded the overall experience. guest come to relax and not to constantly have rules imposed in a unfriendly manner, example your pool and towel monitors and so called pool police. its understandable to have guidelines and rules but should not be imposed on guest with a stiff and unfriendly manner.

The location is excellent. Beautiful view of the cape from the pool area. The rooms are large, comfortable and fully equipped. The restaurant is very expensive, but the grill (open for lunch) is reasonable. The food was very tasty. We paid for the American Breakfast option, but it is a very simple egg, meat, hash brown, fruit, toast and one drink option. Gets old after a couple of days. Save some dough and eat breakfast in your room. The service is excellent. The staff speaks English well so communication was no problem. The resort is low key, but there is a bit more action at the two sister resorts next door and downtown Cabo is only a 15-minute walk away.

Food and drinks were expensive, but it seems to be that way at all the tourist locations in Cabo these days. The self parking option is difficult to understand where to park. We gave up and just did valet.

Did not know there was a market available next door property.

The resort is centrally located to all the happening places and restaurants in Cabo. It has direct access to the beach and a large pool, and multiple jacuzzis. The grill that’s at the pool was delicious, had excellent drinks and great service.

The internet is NOT great. If you need to do work or check email then make other plans as internet here was not reliable. Other than that, great place to stay!

Beautiful location and views, and a very attentive staff.

Beach restrictions seemed more onerous that adjacent properties, as they didn’t put out beach chairs on several days. Poor signage about where to go for a Covid test. No AC in the fitness center - a real problem! Also, only one tiny trash basket in the guest room, which was hardly sufficient, so our daily trash overflowed the single trash basket. Which is ridiculous.
