The outside communal pool was lovely. Parking was very good. The views were fantastic. Clean apartment.

There are lots of lovely places to stay in Tenerife and after spending time searching we booked Crystal Apartments as we had wanted a hot tub and it looked ideal. On arrival we were concerned that there was major excavation work going on directly next door to the complex. We were met by a member of staff after messaging who took us to our chosen apartment. We were shown around and all seemed OK as they left. We realised no mention was made of the hot tub outside or how to work it. We investigated the hot tub in order to check temperature and we found it cold and switched off and it wouldn't switch on. We messaged the member of staff who came up to look at the issue, only to say it wasn't working. They made a call for advice about the problem and said it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We were frustrated as this was the only apartment within the complex with a hot tub and the main reason for booking this particular apartment. Expressing our disappointment, we agreed to move to an alternative apartment with a small pool until the Monday when the hot tub would be repaired and we could move back. After chasing up the situation on Monday we were informed that it was working but with no heating. The thought of sitting in a cold hot tub was not appealing and not wanting to waste our precious holiday time we decided to stay in the alternative apartment. Although we complained to Crystal Apartments, we were told that they could not help as we had used booking.com. They expressed that no compensation would be given as we had been moved to a superior apartment. We were aware that when booking, other apartments were of a similar price. The apartment we moved to was smaller, was on a lower floor than booked, had a lot less balcony space, and no bath, unlike our choice. Hardly an upgrade by most people's standards. We have complained to booking.com but have only received a non-committal, generic response.

Apartament jest bardzo duży i przestronny. Prywatny basen wielkości ok 2,5x4m był indywidualnie podgrzewany do maksymalnej temperatury 32 stopni, można było samemu ustawić temperature wody jaka była dla nas optymalna. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, pralnia (pralka i suszarka) duży plus za płyn do prania i płyn do płukania. 2 sypialnie, salon i 3 łazienki. Bardzo dużo miejsca na przechowywanie ubrań. Reczniki basenowe były zapewnione. W kuchni był plyn do naczyn i kapsulki do zmywarki. Niestety nie było tak podstawowych rzeczy jak kawa (tylko dwie kapsulki), herbata, cukier, sól i pieprz. Na powitamie czekała na nas malutka buteleczka szampana to było bardzo miłe ;) Świetnie działająca klimatyzacja, elektryczne rolety, oraz kanały satelitarne wiekszosci krajow na swiecie. Jesli chodzi o telewizje polską były dostępne ponad 130 kanały. Taras byl ogromny z cudownym widokiem na klify Los Gigantes, na miasteczko oraz ocean. Pomimo budowy obok w naszym apartamencie A3.2 nie było slychac zadnych odglosow. Cicho i spokojnie ;) W tarkcie naszego 12 dniowego pobytu mielismy wliczone jednorazowe sprzatanie calego apartamentu przez 2 bardzo sympatyczne Panie ;) Kontakt z Paniami na recepcji oceniam na doskonały. W razie jakiegokolwiek problemu bardzo szybka odpowiedz i reakcja ;) Ogólnie apartament był przecudowny, polecamy i napewno z wielką chęcią odwiedzimy podobnie! Widoki zapierają dech w piersiach!

L’établissement est fabuleux, à couper le souffle ! L’appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. La vue face au coucher du soleil est magnifique. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable au Crystal Luxury! Merci à Wendy qui a été très disponible pour préparer notre séjour et nous a très bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

R.A.S Un petit conseil, il y a des travaux d’un côté de la résidence. Si vous réservez à l’autre extrémité vous passerez un meilleur séjour.

Building was pure luxury, pity about the noise

There is a building plot adjacent to the property being dug out of the bedrock 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Der er VOLDSOM byggestøj ALLE hverdag 9-18 dvs man kan slet ikke bruge sin altan/ terrasse. Vi havde booket med privat pool men fik med et lille jacuzzi !! Det var slet ikke ok og personalet mente det var vores egen skyld - selvom der stod privat pool på det vi bookede !!

Sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage war auch super, der Pool war schön anzuschauen und der Sonnenuntergang jedes Mal fantastisch.

Leider war der Pool nur schön anzuschauen denn im Januar war es leider viel zu kalt ohne Poolheizung… schade…

Everything was awesome. The view from the balcony is breath taking and the pool is fantastic. The apartment has all the amenities one might think of ! Parking very convenient! Very quiet and relaxing.On the whole a big 10 +

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was good, friendly staff, the rooms was clean and cozy, the view incredible. I recommend a visit :)
