The facilities and location.

The flat needs proper curtains, patio door had no key so security issue. No wardrobes.

Very clean, communication was brilliant and we needed the accommodation as we had a flood at our house so very last minute which was no problem for the owners.

Really nice inside, lovely bedrooms and bathroom.

Issue with the front door, had to really slam it to shut, and the main enterence door could not be shut.

This can’t be controlled really but flat underneath us were smoking weed so our whole room smelled like it once we got home. Without an open window it was quite hot in the flat so that was little bit annoying but other than that really nice stay

Location/free parking and a nice modern apartment.

It is very strange that there are no blinds or curtains in any rooms, which obviously doesn't aid sleep or privacy.

Brilliant flat - clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable as was the living area. Listening to birdsong on the balcony with a coffee is great (but make sure to bring your own). The showers are wonderful.

The property states free parking and although there is very limited parking out front, they tried to charge us £9 a day to park in the rear before I questioned about the claim of free parking. This was a bit underhanded. The kitchen also wasn’t very well equipped, there were no extra bin bags for the very small bin, and no cleaning supplies to tidy up after ourselves.

Location was as described but parking was not allocated and very limited, despite a secure residents parking behind the building which was not accessible without a fob.

The flat is in a sad state of disrepair. Damage to paintwork on walls which could easily be covered up. Lack of curtains on bedroom windows and lounge window compromised privacy and made sleeping in the front bedroom difficult. Poor communication from host, trying to extend stay, initially agreed then cancelled at last minute. Very annoying. Could be a nice place if better managed and with some TLC!
