Accueil top, serviable, personnele du restaurant aussi et restaurant d'ailleurs vraiment bien :)

Un peu froid par moment malgré le chauffage. Pas de porte pour cette salle de bain/wc mais des paravents de tissu, un grand moins pour moi ...

La propreté et un ascenseur judicieusement installé dans cet hôtel ancien rénové, un restaurant exceptionnel et un personnel très agréable, prévenant et professionnel ont permis un séjour d’un rapport qualité /prix remarquable.

La petite chambre qui m’a été allouée convenait tout à fait pour une personne elle serait trop exiguë pour 2 à mon sens. Il ne s’agit pas d’un point négatif me concernant mais plutôt d’un avis personnel.

La vue est appréciable mais que l'on peut difficilement apprécier a deux , les fenêtres étant étroites . nous avons surtout apprécié l'emplacement car proche du centre ville .

La chambre est très mansardée qui fait que vous êtes courbés sur 50 % de la chambre . Quand vous êtes d'un coté du lit vous restez courbé jusqu'au milieux de la pièce (sans parler d'une poutre énorme également au milieu de la pièce) . Peut être pour une chambre single , ca passerait mais pour deux , c'est rédhibitoire. qualité prix : mauvais Etant plutôt tolérant je dirais aux lecteurs d'éviter le 4eme étage et ca devrait certainement être une bonne expérience.

Qualité du petit déjeuner

Malgré la proximité du centre ville constatée sur le plan , l'accès à l'hôtel à pied est rendu difficile par une forte pente . Il en va de même pour le parking déporté . Le quartier est triste .

Frühstück sehr gut. Wurde serviert - was etwas Hektik aufkommen liess. Grosszügiges Zimmer, leider gerade an der Strasse. Eigene, charmante Einrichtung mit charmantem Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Haben gratis einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz für das Motorrad bekommen!

Staff where lovely could not do too much for you, on site garden bar really nice. Had a choice of room and car parking round the corner very good.

Only the town itself, it was once upon a time no doubt a very nice thermal spa place to be seen. However now it has fallen on hard times, loads of places nearby boarded up and derelict.

I had informed the hotel that I would arrive early and they accommodated that, with a very friendly welcome. They even gave me access to their private garage for my road bike (no way it could have gone in the room !), very very helpful and friendly staff. I was in time for lunch in the hotel restaurant and it was really outstanding and good value too. The room was very nice, pretty spacious and very comfortable and clean, with a view of the mountains and a sliver of lake.

There was a mini heatwave that weekend, not the hotel's fault (!), but the lack of air-conditioning cost me some sleep. The room was in a beautiful attic on the fourth floor which didn't help, and neither did opening the windows (there was no breeze). After moving the fan next to the bed I did manage to get comfortable enough to fall asleep, but if it's hot then you may want to check on this for your room. I have no doubt the staff would have tried to find a solution if I had been staying longer (it was a one night stay).

Wish it had air conditioning! It was very hot (at least there was a fan in the room).

Parking was secure. Staff friendly.

The room was in the attic. Only 2 small windows which made the temperature un bareable. The lowest temp was 27°. There is no air conditioning in this hotel. They had put a fan in the room, which wasn't the best. We had booked a deluxe room on the website with a balcony. To be told by the lady on reception only a few rooms have balcony so not guaranteed. I think this needs to be more explained at booking please. Was very disappointed. We were offered a room overlooking the busy road at the back. If it had airconditioning we would have gladly moved, but no rooms have. Very disappointing.

I really want to commend the breakfast team - wonderful people, and the food was superb. The reception is very different story. Hotel rooms OK.

The cleanliness and the staff. The bed was comfy and the blankets were warm. The hotel is in a good location too but the garage is somehow difficult to get in and out--which is not really convenient. And the hotel location on a steep slope makes it hard to park outside. Anyway that is Savoie so it is not unexpected.

I think the breakfast could have been better with more choices and varieties as well as quantity. For 13 Euros, I think eggs should be included. And the website said breakfast was 10 Euros so we were a little annoyed to see the prices were not accurately quoted. To be fair, they use quality produce though.

The room was spotlessly clean - Comfortable bed - Nice balcony and beautiful outside garden to sit and have a drink.

As there is no shop nearby a bottle of water in the room would have been nice - Also sugar and milk very limited to have tea or coffee with kettle provided in room. Only one roll of toilet roll. Small little faults that can be easily rectified.
