Mobile home was very nice & clean.
We booked this place as it advertised a swimming pool. We were only coming for the kids to enjoy an indoor swim. We feel the listing should have specified that the home was in a Haven holiday park & that the pool may not be available. We tried to pay extra to get a play pass to allow us to use the pool but were told we could only buy one on the day. When we arrived it wasn't possible to buy one as the reception area was closed. We visited the pool & explained our situation to the receptionist there, unfortunately all slots were booked anyway so she couldn't help.
So for us it was a wasted journey and expense.

There were no towels, which is fine but I think a head up would be good :)

No bowls to eat cereal for breakfast- we had to use a mug!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
however for future guest some tea spoons, oven gloves and many tongs would be great. apart from that everything was excellent.

The Caravan was cosy and very clean. The instructions were clear so we found the caravan easily. The location is excellent good facilities with entertainment for adults and kids. Perfect for family as well as couples looking for a break.

everything, it was absolutely spotless and super comfy. Big flat screen tv and a lovely electric fireplace to keep us cozy and warm. All comforts available !
