הבחור בקבלה היה נחמד ושירותי

היה די מזעזע. החדר כולו מלא בברחשים מתים על הרצפה. מבינה שזו עונת הברחשים אבל המונים מתים על הרצפה אומר שלא ניקו אותה. שכבות אבק מסביב למיטה ולחדר קירות מתקפלים מרטיבות דלתות רקובות עובש באמבטיה באמת... לא ראוי לשהייה

מלון בוטיק קטן ונחמד מאוד בטבריה. המנהל קיבל את פנינו והיה נחמד מאוד ומסביר פנים. יש חניה קטנה לאורחי המלון - בונוס גדול. חדר האוכל - בחרנו לא לרכוש אוכל במלון אולם יכולנו להביא אוכל, לחמם אותו ולאכול בחדר האוכל וזה היה נהדר מבחינתנו. כמו כן יש שם מכונת קפה טובה. החדר היה נעים מאוד ותאם את הציפיות שלנו לחלוטין. מבחינת מיקום, המלון ממוקם מספר דקות הליכה מהטיילת.

בסך הכל אהבנו הכל. לדעתי המלון נותן תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר והנו אלטרנטיבה מצוינת למלונות הגדולים יותר, למי שבוחר לוותר על מתקנים כמו בריכה.

excellent assistance fro owner and family

The location was very good - right on the edge of the city center but without the noise and busyness of the actual center. The staff were lovely (including one of the owners). The hotel is new (two months old, we were told); the lobby is welcoming; the room was comfortable and clean. The shower had good water pressure.

The towels and bathmat are a bit small and thin; the bathroom itself was clean but only had a small tube of soap. When repainted, the door handles were also partially painted which seems to indicate a not very professional job. But these are small things.

I had a very nice stay at Tiberias, The hotel's location was great for exploring the city, Sea of Galilee and the boardwalk were easily accessible. The rooms were impressively clean, and I really liked the wooden style of the rooms, it added a cozy, sort of country feeling to the place. The staff was friendly and attentive.

truly- everything was bad. location - in the middle of the city but windows are old and you hear everything's outside. doors for the rooms - old and leaky. breakfast - poor and not tasty. at the third floor - bad roof insulation - hot and not confortable. price was similar to the other hotels located this same area. could not understand positive opinion they have - should not more than 3 !
