I thought I booked at the Fairfield but I ended up booking at this Hampton Inn, which is a new hotel in the last couple years. It's a good location that it's close to Atlantic Avenue and it is walkable to the beach.
Room is clean and nice.
But I was not happy with the $20 for 24 hours. Parking, glad I am staying only one night.

Although our stay was due to hurricane evacuation, we felt like we were on a mini vacation in this Delray Beach Hampton Inn location. The staff, amenities, cleanliness, pet friendliness, and location were all 5 star. Thanks to all of you involved in helping a stressful situation become an extremely pleasant experience!

This is a new Hampton Inn, modern and in a great location. Rooms are very clean and nicely laid out. Overall a big improvement over their older model.
The one drawback that was not listed when reserving the room is the mandatory parking fee, which is $30 per day. We felt this was excessive for this type of hotel and the area. With very little options for street parking it was unavoidable.

The staff was all very friendly. The valet staff was excellent. Very personable. They have a full hot breakfast that’s complimentary. I will definitely stay here again.

How new property was, and how awful the experience was.
They decided to clean carpets in all rooms, hallways and also maintain A/C units in rooms DURING Labor Day weekend. With a storm outside I had to leave my room. Then when I came back the carpets were damped for 7 hours at least. They use Directv, so I lost all Disney, Espn and Fox channels due to the storm first and then because of the dispute between Disney and Directv. There was a big leak in the Dining room were water was dripping on a sofa spreading to tables.
Then I asked for late check out, which I was told no.

At breakfast there were no non-dairy options for coffee or food. The only non dairy food options were meat & fruit.

Refrigerator in the room did not work properly. Most of the USB/charging ports in the room did not work.
Door to "accessible room" was very heavy and no way to "automatically" open or close the door. Very hard for me to hold open the door and still help my disabled husband either in or out of the door.

Horrible customer service. Front desk staff, argue with customers, call them names, extremely unprofessional, refuses to print receipts if you book through anyone but Hilton and if you book but pay at the facility through Expedia or hotels.com- they will call you stupid and tell you that the receipt has to come through Expedia. That is NOT correct. If you reserve through Expedia/Hotels.com but pay at the hotel- you can only get your receipt from the hotel! The front desk employee followed our party out of the hotel speaking derogatorily to us, calling us “wrong, you won’t listen, stupid, ignorant.” And this was the response to a request for a paper receipt! Worst customer service in all my years of traveling. Highly discourage this location!

This is a new hotel (2 years old) so overall it is in very good condition. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable, and the bathtub had a bizarre configuration that didn't work well for taking baths.

Overall it was a great stay I loved the staff and the hotel itself was gorgeous. The only issue I had was trying to find the road to enter the hotel and I hadnt been made aware of the valet/valet prices prior to booking. Would definitely stay again.

LOVED the staff! Michael and Regina were amazing! I especially enjoyed Leah at breakfast. She always greeted us with a smile and hello! She worked so hard (that's a tough job!) and she was so kind and accommodating. I witnessed a customer who wanted a specific ripeness of bananas and she brought some from the back so they could choose the ones they liked. Everything and everyone was wonderful! Your staff is your biggest asset!

I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel! It was clean, the staff was awesome, the beds are comfortable, and it is close to everything on the avenue. AND it's affordable. You won't regret booking here. When I return I will be returning here.

Nowhere close by to take my husband's service dog to do his "business".
Breakfast was phenomenal and all staff were helpful and friendly, especially John the manager.

Free breakfast was great but service for cleaning room was terrible.had to ask the front desk everyday for fresh towels and we were there for 4 nights and no one came in to clean room nor make the bed.we were very disappointed

Frenchie at the check in desk was wonderful! She called us back ahead of the call back time we were given. She also went above and beyond to assist me, my disabled husband and his service dog.

The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay! The rooms was large and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Everyone on staff was fantastic and so kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty and the hotel location was great. Thanks for making my stay perfect…it was extremely hard to leave!

No safe. Have to go to front desk for pool towels. No disclosure on making reservations of $30 per day valet only parking. On valet text least amont you can tip is $5.00- too much. Toaster was not working at breakfast. Woman smoking at pool, dispute several no-smoking signs displayed. Texted to get car. After more than 10 minutes valet was unaware of request. No hard boiled eggs second day of breakfast. Want my valet money back. Hotel can’t help because they outsource valet.

Love the place new and for most clean. However Vallet wasn’t available when we came middle of the night. Also breakfast area was empty for most food at 9:30 am while breakfast is until 10. No cream cheese, no bananas and more. Also whoever clean the room didn’t do best job. Floor wasn’t clean at the restroom you could see they just organized around

Parking is a pain and it’s $30 a night for parking. We found street parking close by but it was always stressful. Rooms were not very clean. First room had a huge leak when the shower was used but they blamed it on the 2 kids that were under 2 years old who can’t even reach a sink or a shower. Moved us to a new room which had no issues leak wise but still wasn’t the cleanest.
Jas who worked the front desk was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was okay and the outdoor patio was huge.
Pool is small and block by shade most the day.
Overall it wasn’t horrible but I won’t stay here again.

This hotel looks and feels brand new. It is well maintained, has friendly staff, and is located 2 blocks from all the action on Atlantic Ave. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very modern and clean. The room and bed were comfortable. There were a variety of choices for breakfast. Staff is friendly. Parking is by valet only ($30)

There were so many things my family and I liked about the property that we can’t list them all. Very friendly staff, very clean property and very quiet. Breakfast every morning was great and they kept the food stocked up and the area tidy. The valet parking employees were always courteous and engaging. Overall a great place for a good price. Should I visit my family again we will be staying here again.
