The house access was with a code on the front door, WAY easier than meeting someone to collect keys. We loved the fully fenced/walled backyard, it felt private and safe. The air conditioning worked great so the house was always comfortable. The wifi was super fast which allowed me to have work meetings by video without any problems. LOVED having a washer and dryer. Easy walk to a park and the pathway along the canal. I am so happy we chose this house.

I liked the house, it is just like the pictures.

Vacasa is terrible. They do not return calls, follow through on anything they say they will do, maintenance never showed up, the manager said she would refund us only $250 of the full week that we paid for hair being all over the beeding, towels and everywhere. We tried to wash the beeding and the dryer didn't work. We couldn't hang the stuff anywhere to dry. Maintenance was supposed to come look at it, several days and calls later still didn't show. The blankets starred to stink uo the place. I asked them to just come pic them up, they said they would and they never showed. Then the manager Shay that said we could get a refund apparently never out it in and changed her mind because I called back a week later and had to try to get approval again but this time only for $175. So sad that such a nice place is run by such a terrible company with no follow through on anything. We will never stay anywhere that is managed by that company now because we know what to expect.
