It was easier to get to the front desk to check in if you’re using their transportation. My husband had no problems checking in. They give you an access code.

The location in the marina was good.

Beware their marketing photos, Condo 1410 is like a prison cell. The site photos, showed 2 stories with view and patio, some with spa's on the roof, all of them with views of the maringa. This condo had no view at all while all marketing photos from them and booking.com showed a great room, ours was horrible. The photo I am including is the patio.

Al final querían que isiera check out alas 11 am,me bloquearon las tarjetas y tuve que ir a reclamar a recepcion que la página dice 12 pm check out,por que alas 11 ya no tenia acceso ni para recojer mis cosas..

The place wasn’t very clean especially the bathrooms, floors and lots of dust. There should have been mop, dustpans, coffee filters ,etc provided. The water backed up in the sink every day.

The manager Rodrigo was wonderful and very accommodating.

Pues que los de vigilancia eran prepotentes porque no éramos extrajeras, pasaba que íbamos a nuestro cuarto y los de vigilancia nos exigían que mostráramos nuestra llave del cuarto porque no creían que como nacionales estuviéramos hospedadas en el lugar

The unit smelled like sewage!! We could not sleep because it smelled horrible in the evening and it still smelled this morning.
