Optimal position in the city center. Comfortable room. Availability of the staff for check-in.
Room facing a quite trafficated street, windows not very sealed for noise and humidity.

La ubicazione.
Abbiamo dovuto richiedere i buoni colazione per il secondo giorno di alloggio.
Inoltre per il cambio degli asciugamani ci hanno chiesto 30 euro. Abbiamo scoperto questa informazione il giorno dopo su un cartello dietro la porta d'ingresso. Dovrebbero mettere la nota in un luogo chiaramente visibile in modo che il cliente possa avere un migliore accesso a tali informazioni e non fidarti del servizio.

The location is good, which is the main reason why I chose the place.
The description says "Breakfast included". This is not precise, since you are expected to go to a bar nearby and choose only between caffé or cappuccino, and one sweet. I asked for gluten free options, and they said there were many. Well, not really, only one. We asked to have tea instead of coffee, and they made us pay extra for it.
Worst of all, I did write to the person I was in contact with complaining about breakfast, and she never replied. Customer care is 0. You might not have the best place to rent but try to be nice with your clients, whereas I ve been ignored. The day after my complaint, they did not even clean our bedroom.
The room is spacious and well-furnished, but who cares if they treat you like that?
I've been going to many bnb in L'Aquila and for €80 per night, you can definitely find better places!

Spacious, large, comfortable room. Well working wifi. Pleasant and large terrace. Clean and comfortable. Very good location. Breakfast in an available pleasant cafe near the place of stay.

it was really well equipment, professional managment, we usually don’t see anybody but everyday they were cleaning our rooms, changing towels,rubish. it was so tidy and clean. Also the location was perfect to reach all around the old town
Italian breakfasts are different than our habits, so maybe they should add some more choices for breakfast.
