The apartment was clean perfectly located

The day before, I was asked for €500 deposit. This wasn't mentioned at any stage during my booking.

Kein Fixleintuch für das Schlafsofa, Schlafdecken sind zu gross und schwer für diese Sommerzeit, Staubig überall besonders TV-Möbel, Fernseher, Kommode und Nachttische (Als Allergiker merke das schnell).

El alojamiento está perfecto para pasar unos días y aprovechar la visita a Disney, está a 10 minutos en coche del parking de Disney. El edificio es moderno y el apartamento me pareció realmente bonito. La persona que nos recibió muy amable y atenta en todo.

Difícil encontrar algo que no me gustó, nosotros éramos 6, 2 adultos y 4 niños. Quizás para 7 personas sería un poco justo, pero aceptable. Nosotros estuvimos muy bien.

Emplacement parfait pour aller visiter disney (10min en voiture) Appartement parfait pour notre famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants) Très bien agencé, c'est un très bel appartement. Décoré avec goût. Cependant, je conseille aux propriétaires de "peut être" faire un rappel à la conciergerie.

La place de parking indiqué n'était pas accessible. (perte du bip des anciens locataires soit disant) De plus, le lave vaisselle, n'était pas vidé et moisi. Océanne a dû faire la vaisselle le soir même en notre compagnie et revenue le lendemain (en notre absence) pour relancer le lave vaisselle. Nous sommes rentrés de disney à 20h après avoir galéré votre trouver une place de parking (puisque nous n'avions pas accès à la place de parking), De plus, mon mari a dû nettoyer le mosi du lave -vaisselle. En effet le lave vaisselle, mis en route dans la journée par Océanne ,n'a pas suffit à retirer le moisi incruster. Je précise également que si vous arrivez après 20h, il y a des frais supplémentaires. Ce n'est pas mentionné lors de la réservation! (voir photos) De plus, j'avais choisi cet appart pour sa localisation et le parking privé/gratuit. (nous nous sommes garés dans une rue adjacente gratuitement pour les 2 nuits). J'espère que booking.com fera un geste!

The host was very professional and communicated with us constantly until we arrived at the property. She showed us around the house etc and was happy to be contacted anytime we needed anything. The property was very clean, had a working wifi, a fully functional kitchen and we were very comfortable with our two boys. The property was also located in a very safe gated and secure. It was very quiet during the night and we got quality sleep. There is also a convenient store just around the corner walking distance. It was conveniently located closer to Disneyland, we didn’t need to hire a car, we used taxis and Ubers and they would arrive in just 3 mins from the time of booking one. Disneyland is just 6 mins drive from the property.

I could not fault anything about the property.

Property was lovely even though we were out in the wrong one I booked but we were happy staying in the apartment given (we’ve all had these days) communication with host was very professional and he was very helpful with enquires about getting around the area ..lovely lovely host that showed us to apartment

Mattresses were not comfortable at all No pillow cases on any pillows

The beds were comfortable and the place felt clean. Rummi was polite and helpful. He was concerned about the fourth bed not being set up and made an effort to fix it for us, which we appreciated.

The fourth bed was not set up for us when we arrived and we had a bit of a scramble to find sheets, but it worked out. There was not, however, shampoo available as was stated in the description, so that was a bummer as we specifically left ours at home because of this. Internet didn’t work the second day. The place is 1.3 km to Disneyland, but that’s only as the crow flies. It was a nice stay overall!
