Cogimos estudio con vistas a la playa y realmente las tenía, pero a la zona de la arena, no se veía el mar. Aunque no te indican vistas al mar considero que las fotos dan pie a confusión y dado que pagas un plus te puedes llevar una decepción. Gracias a la amabilidad del chico de recepción encontramos solución.

Estaba justo en Cala Ferrera, que a pesar de estar masificada, es preciosa. La piscina de los apartamentos muy bien y el spa también. El personal, de 10.

El apartamento estaba un poco dejado y algo sucio. Pasaban los días y el suelo seguía bastante sucio.

Superb staff. Very friendly and helpful. The spa was particularly welcome. It helped me fix a bit of tendonitis in my foot. The guys at reception ,Angel and Fran, were invaluable with local knowledge and help with Taxis etc. The apartments situation is a massive plus. A short walk to everything local. I will definitely come again.

Nothing to dislike.

Le SPA

Le prix qui ne correspond pas au standing proposé, nous avons payé bien moins cher ailleurs pour des prestations de hautes qualités. La propreté générale du lieu et de la chambre, les photos de la chambre sont très bien prise sur le site mais ne correspondent pas, la vue plage effectivement vue sur du sable, 2 vulgaires chaises à la place du canapé dans la chambre, le bruit le matin par le personnel extérieur qui souffle les marches à 8h, l’odeur d’égouts sur notre terrasse, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, le petit-déjeuner basique avec un choix des plus simple. Pour notre dernier jour on nous a refusé de prendre notre petit déjeuner au soleil car les tables n’étaient pas prêtes. On s’en fichait , nous on voulait juste profiter du soleil avant notre départ à l’aéroport. 102€ la nuit pour cet endroit franchement ça les vaut pas. Le personnel est sympathique.

Hotel is very close to the beach (Cala Fererra 2 minute or Cala Serena 5-7 minutes), and it also has a pool. Room was very clean, you have everything you need in it: we also prepared breakfast in the morning. Staff was really nice and they help us with printing out boarding passes. All the rooms have a balcony. If you rent a car, the hotel have a few parking spots, but if those are not free, you can park in a parking nearby (right at the end of the beach). And if you want to eat some good food, 7 minute away from the hotel, you will fin Cala Fererra Restaurant. Overall, this hotel was awesome! Will definitely recommend! The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, hospitable, warm, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. I opted for the breakfast, which was included in my stay, simple yet satisfying. Had lunch a few times and a dinner which was enjoyed. The swimming pool is great! and the beach is literally 500m from the hotel, Perfect location to the beach, bus stop and Supermarket.

The room doesn't have much closet space, I would highly recommend that a drawer/closet be added in the room as they have space for it. A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom & shower would have been ideal.
