The dorm was cleaned and the bed was comfortable. The room is equipped with A/C, which is very rare. The location is located on the main center of Koh Rong (Koh Touch village). The guesthouse has a restaurant and the food is very delicious. David the manager is very helpful and kind, he meet your expectations. I recommend highly this guesthouse. Obrigado !

The air conditioning was cold. Wifi was good.

The steep uneven stairs needed to climb to family room, dangerous for elderly and small children. Zero service after check in, if you don’t traverse the stairs to find staff forget about room cleaning, fresh towels, garbage disposal, water you need to do this yourself! Property has zero care factor!

This property is on the cheaper side for places on Koh Rong and we knew that it was going to be quite basic. The property is in a great location and the guy who runs it is very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. Having AC was a huge plus!

More attention to detail needed for cleaning - the floor wasn’t clean and there was a lot of hair in the shower drain.

We had a lovely one week stay at this guesthouse. Power to the whole Island is sporadic, but the room remained nice and cool when the power was off, despite the ‘feels like 39 degree’ temp. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and delightful, offering torches when the power was off, and their apologies which was appreciated, but not warranted as it was out of their control. All of our requests were met by a genuine attitude towards quality customer service. Our compliments to the lovely staff at Oun Guesthouse. We look forward to returning 🙏

the staff were beyond friendly and helpfuln

the electricity issues are beyond anyones control on the island. dont read fake reviews about how they choose to do this. also temporarily an issue as new infrastructure being built in from mainland

Absolutely nothing

Was the most disgusting and disappointing stay of our 3month trip. The power was cut for about 4 hours intentionally and we were not informed of this inconvenience, the tap was broken, the water was turned off and once it finally came on the water was brown so we could not even shower, the bathroom had not been cleaned either. This stay was hugely expensive for such terrible quality we are so disappointed. This place appeared to have good reviews but after looking closer at them they seem suspicious. This guesthouse is not up to a healthy standard to be rented.

Good location close from restaurants and bars, the staff very friendly. Highly recommend.
