This property is absolutely amazing! Very clean and quiet, perfect for a nice getaway. The kitchen had everything you could need to make delicious meals. The hot tub was very warm and private. Overall a very nice property that I highly recommend!

The neighbor’s dogs barked a lot, the water heater must be tiny as I and to rinse my hair with cold water, there is a bright flashing light on the heater/ac that is obnoxious.
Otherwise, the place was clean and nicely decorated.

This tiny home was clean, cozy, and located less than an hour from all of our activities in both San Marcos and San Antonio. We had some issues with the hot water, but Suzanne was quick to reply to my messages and help. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while star gazing each evening. It was a fantastic getaway!

This was the perfect get-away for us and our first experience with a property this size. The hot tub was perfect for the cool Texas night. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Next chance we get, we will be back!

The Lavender House was a great stay for our weekend getaway. It was truly lovely! The location was peaceful and convenient, with many great sites to see within a 30-minute drive. The home itself was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for my family.
I also wanted to mention that the host was wonderful. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Perfect stay for a quick overnight. We had a wedding to attend about fifteen min away and the location was great. Neighborhood was a little odd, but the property was fenced and we felt perfectly safe. Walmart was nearby for a quick grocery run. The home was just as listed, on the smaller side, but we used the hot tub and enjoyed coffee on the patio. A relaxing getaway, and we would definitely consider returning if we ever needed a place in the area.

Overall very pleasant to be there would definitely be back owner I’ve met by far a down to earth sweet hearted person and hot tub is a plus so relaxing to enjoy in evening!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Lavender home was just as Suzanne describes in the listing. It was super cute, clean, quiet and relaxing. The big windows by the bed allowed for stargazing. The hot tub was just perfect way to the end each day and the outside patio lights really give the outside space a good vibe. The location is right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. I will 100 percent recommend this place to friends and family, we will be back for sure!!

This little house was charming and comfy and was perfect for a quick little get away!
The host did such a nice job with decorating this cute little home. Suzanne was was extra mindful in making sure my check-in process was smooth and easy. She even provided videos to assist in locating the property. After my visit was complete, she followed up to make sure my stay was pleasant and to personally thank me for my visit.
My return to this cozy little home is a definite in the very near future!
*The fresh eggs in the fridge were a wonderful perk!

This trip was just a stay-cation for us, a small trip away from San Antonio. In all honesty, prepping for this trip was a nightmare. This was the first time we’ve ever had a dog sitter stay at our house instead of taking the dogs to “grandpa’s”. I’ve never done so much de-cluttering and cleaning in my life and it made me and my husband realize- we got a lot of junk we do not need! Coming to lavender house was a glimpse into the future, what decluttering and downsizing could mean for us. And we loved it. I’ve not been as stress-free in months, because I was never looking at clutter! Everything had a place and it was truly a minimalist heaven. Plus, a hot tub!!

Was very leery about the stay after we saw the location and building! On line I asked for cabin, on lake are next to stay! Didn’t have either of those! Inside was very clean and cozy so we made the best of it!

My husband and I were kidless for the week and decided to get away for a couple of days. This tiny house could not have been better! The house was very clean and so cozy. We did not get a chance to eat the eggs Suzanne left for us, but we said we would be back again! Suzanne was a great host! We ventured out to Wimberley one day, which wasn’t far at all. Overall we enjoyed this much needed getaway and this house was perfect for it. We can’t wait to go back!

This tiny house is a wonderful place to stay! The decor is delightful, the space is comfortable and private, the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, and the bed guaranteed a great night's sleep. Outdoors, we enjoyed the deck, the hot tub, and watching the pretty hens in their coop next door. I would absolutely stay here again!

The Lavender House was a 5 five star experience without question! Suzanne went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was special. Not only was the home clean and cozy, but Suzanne was very hospitable. She was quick with her responses, and very kind. The hot tub was also a big plus; it worked perfectly! We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a sweet getaway.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The tiny house felt open and the hosts thought of every detail. Their kitchen was well thought out and had fresh eggs waiting! I loved the garden and seeing the chickens enjoying their day. Location was perfect for us. Only oddity is that the hot tub picture hasn't been updated but I'm sure once they can they will. Great for a solo or romantic getaway!

She was upset that idid not leave a review and on the 14th day she messaged saying the sink had been detached and she was billing me for the damages. We had prior to conversations day 5 after leaving the property about a ring I left and she never mentioned any issues with the rental. Day 14 she said the sink was detached and she would have to charge $286 for repair. Be aware of all possibilities and take photos before leaving.

Suzanne was very responsive. Place just as described. A lot of little roly polys. Not sure if there's anything she could do about that. Super thoughtful of her to leave farm fresh eggs for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

Really cute tiny home. Clean & the hot tub was an added bonus. The trees & deck were a nice view.

Communication with the host was excellent.
There isnt a whole lot to do without driving 20 or so minutes but there are some good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was a little loud when I was outside but indoors it was quiet & I never felt unsafe at the property.

My husband and I needed a get a way that was relaxing and rejuvenating. We found just that! Tiny home with everything you need to get away from the stresses of life. Our host was more than gracious to share this Little piece of Heaven with us for the weekend of our 19th Wedding Anniversary. Somehow the magic here made us feel as though we were at home away from home. The price is well worth the stay and there are several places not too far if you want to adventure out. I would give this place more than 5 star review if I could. Thank you for allowing us to be able to reconnect, relax and rejuvenate.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days to celebrate our anniversary. The place was clean, big enough to accommodate our needs and tucked away so we had our privacy from others. Great location as we were able to visit San Antonio and other areas with very little drive time. Overall great experience.

Me and my husband were so pleased with our stay, the host really had thought of it all! Much more affordable than any hotel in the area, plus you get complete privacy in a gated property. The privacy fence and hot tub with the deck was such a vibe, and we even had the chance to bake the lavender brownies. Highly recommend. Very clean and the host was very communicative.

Suzanne's property was perfect for a weekend trip for my fiancé and I. It's very secluded and romantic. The hot tub was great! We had a small issue with the water heater and she came over within minutes to fix it! She also gave us extra eggs she had to spare!
