In zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal mare e dai locali on the beach di Mastichari, possibilità di noleggio auto in struttura. Il valore aggiunto è certamente Sokratis: un ospite cordiale, attento, premuroso, disponibile, simpatico che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale
La camere andrebbero rinnovate, e fatti piccoli accorgimenti per renderle più funzionali

The host is very kind and knows how to do business. The room was large, as was the kitchen area. Nice bathroom with shower. The location was excellent, very close to the beach in Mastichari and away from the crowds and restaurants.
A bit of drilling under our room on a Sunday night was uncalled for, but we do realize that they needed to prepare the room for the incoming guests.

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this beautiful place in Mastichari...for sure I have to come back again! I came together with my parents to Ilios and Irene little earlier than official check-in, we were greeted by Sokratis and received welcome juice after our arrival. We traveled to Mastichari by bus...after that it took us 10 minutes by walk to arrive to the place. Our apartment was really nice, clean, big enough for 3 people. I thought it is quite far from the beach but I was worried for nothing, it is only maybe like 6-7 minutes. Supermarket and restaurants are also only few minutes by walking. Of course I can not forget about the breakfast in the morning. There was everything we wanted and it was really delicious. After our check-out Sokratis organized taxi for us to the airport, which was really helpful. So...in overal I was really happy with my choice of staying and my advice for other travelers to Mastichari...Dont go anywhere else, stay at Ilios and Irene!!

Our room was very clean and the owner very welcoming. Very good breakfast. We were staying 1 night, taking morning ferry to Kalymnos. Owner helped us to transport our luggage to the port. Will recommend to everyone.

This place is easy accessible from Kos airport, easy to find, very close to the Mastichari sandy beach. The host's Sokratis hospitality made our stay even more attractive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and come back here next time.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Quiet location but only 5 minutes' walk to tavernas, beach etc.
Apartment was a good size for 3 adults, comfortable beds and breakfasts were excellent. Sokratis was a super friendly and helpful host, always smiling and gave us great tips on where to go. Also liked the little bar area, particularly at the end of the evening.

We stayed one night before catching a ferry to Kalymnos. Staff were very accommodating of our late flight arrival and desire to catch an early ferry.
Room was clean and functional and would happily stay again.
Bed was creaky.

Uncomplicated car rental at the hotel (35€). Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was ready even before the official check-in time. Near beaches and port. Bus to Kos city at Poseidon statue 10 minutes away at the port.
Toilet was kind of broken and water was coming out so halt of the bathroom was constantly wet.
Lock on the door was built-in the wrong way so a little hard to open and close

We received the warmest of welcomes upon arrival. Nothing was a problem and we were shown to our room before being given the opportinity to return to the lounge bar for a night cap! The breakfast was truly scrumptious and a real feast. The apartment was real value for money and perfectly placed for our onward journey via the ferry.

Everything was fantastic, I truly felt welcome as though I was family.
Brought my laptop and worked a few days while I was staying here and it was ensured that I got a room with strong and reliable WiFi, which worked perfectly.
The friendliness, helpfulness and generosity of Sokratis and the staff is truly outstanding.
I could not have asked for more and will definitely return again!

We received a warm welcome from Sokratis who was very helpful in all matters. The beach, pool and all bars and restaurants were good. Thanks go to Yannis who cooked and served a good breakfast and Antonio who looked after us from the bar, both very friendly.
The noise from a large party staying there, as we were above the breakfast area and bar we found it difficult to sleep in early mornings or before midnight.
