We loved the property. It was nice we loved location. Our owner was easy to deal with. But Fripp Island the resort has lots of issues. The resort was very! unkept. Always trash everywhere the food courts were very unkept it was sad. The employees were just I don’t know what to say

The home was beautiful and comfortable. Location and views were great. Very short walk to pools. Loved seeing the deer right in the back yard. Host was very caring and easy to work with.

The home was beautiful and clean. Great location with pretty ocean views for morning coffee. We will return!

Cecily was super easy to work with! Check in/out easy and quick. We loved the location and the private beach was definitely a plus!

1. The house: The Penningtons have meticulously remodeled this home. It is modern and beautiful but also comfortable. I was nervous at first that our big teens would take too much space in the living room but we had plenty of room. The couches and bed are comfortable and not like many rental properties. The bathrooms are top notch, especially with the ocean view from the primary. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you would need for a week away. We used the bar area as a pantry and it worked well. The bedroom TVs were a little glitchy like some smart TVs are. I wish I had thought to bring out firesticks. It was not a big deal except wanting to watch Schitts Creek at bedtime or when my teens wanted to binge Stranger Things on a rainy day. 2. Host: Cecily was an excellent host..easy to contact and fast to reply. She answered all my questions and then some. Having stayed at several homes in Fripp and around the country, I can say she is one of the best. 3. Location: The home is in one of our favorite locations on the island. We prefer this end of the island. Though we did not go to the pool often, it would be perfect for young families who need the pool for certain times of the day. The street was quiet and you didn't have crazy teens driving gold carts by at all hours. My son and husband were able to throw baseball in the street without issues. It was a 7 minute ride to our favorite beach access (#22).

The home was well appointed and very clean. It was beautifully decorated and had awesome views of the ocean.

Working with Cecily was a very pleasant experience. She was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Check in was easy and accommodations were completed before arrival without issue. Upon arrival the property was simply beautiful! Everything was new and clean. No details were left out. All accommodations were as expected or above what was expected (which says a lot coming from me :) This was such a wonderful experience for me and my family. We would recommend staying at this property without hesitation.

The house was great and accessible to all of the island’s amenities.
