Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient

No staff anywhere, the room was tiny, the bed/pillows were hard, ac was not working properly, i had to complain about the noise.

Very noisy over in the AM. Desk clerk attitude was unacceptable. Not enough breakfast for guest posted breakfast from 8am to 11am out of food at 8:15. Balcony was not clean.

We loved the tranquility, the cleanliness and the peace that is felt in the place.

Sometimes we have concerns and there are no people to resolve them.

Excellent location. It had a nice view with a pier. Beautiful building and rooms. Comfortable bed. Impressed with the space and pool.

Breakfast could’ve been better, more options.

Room was very pleasant. The place was right next to a seafood restarant which was great also. Jacuzzi was clean and worked well. A/C worked really good.

Minor decor issues like the unmatched lamps on each side of the bed. Walls were thin and noise traveled a bit through them. The pool is very small and just three and a half feet deep. Bed was memory foam mattress.

I never write bad reviews because I’m a business owner, and I understand how detrimental a bad review can be for a business. Because of this, I always try to handle any concern I have by first approaching management. This is the first negative review I have written about a business in years. When I arrived at Bliss by the Sea, my room and the entire hallway where my room was located, smelled like marijuana. I realize this may not be bothersome to many people, but I was traveling with a friend who has very severe asthma. We weren’t even in the room five minutes, and she began having trouble breathing. I called the receptionist (because no one was physically on the property), and I asked them if we could be moved to a different room. I explained the situation to her, and she said there were no other rooms available. Within the few minutes I’d spent on the phone, my friend’s breathing became so bad that we had to go outside. I called the receptionist back and told her we needed to cancel our reservation. She informed me that she could cancel the reservation, but she could not refund my money. I asked to speak with a manager or owner, and she said no one would be available until the next day. I asked what time to call back the next day, and she said she didn’t know when they’d be available to speak with me. I asked if she could have someone in management call me, and she said I would have to call them. The receptionist reiterated that their policy would not allow a refund even though the room and hallway were filled with marijuana smoke. I’m now in the process of filing a complaint with Booking.com to try and receive a refund. Severe asthma is a life threatening condition that is protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and a hotel that does not follow or enforce its own non-smoking policy and then keeps the money from a customer who cannot breath in the room they’ve reserved is in clear violation of complying with the ADA.

Es gibt keine besetzte Rezeption. Es steht ein PC-Bildschirm am Empfang. Über diesen kann mit einer Dame gesprochen werden, die auf den Philippinen sitzt. Soll das die Zukunft in der Hotellerie sein? Insgesamt wirkt das Haus spooky, da nur am Morgen eine Dame für das Frühstück vor Ort ist, ansonsten nur Videoüberwachung. Die Fenster wurden wohl seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.
