The view was fine.

I use a walking stick and didn't realise there were steps down to unit (15) till after booking and received confirmation email. Not stated when I was booking it. No kitchen or tv in unit either. There was tea/coffee making only and a very small fridge.

An amazing place with an amazing view. The room is comfy and has all you need. The outdoor area is comfortable and well furnished. You can sip your coffee while watching the sunrise or sip a complimentary wine while you're watching the moon rising from the ocean. The view is breathtaking and it is so quiet and peaceful that you forget that you're only 40 mins away from the city. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. I must say also very thoughtful since we were pampered with breafstast, snacks and a bottle of wine. I let the host know that we are vegan and she went above and beyond to create a yummy and beautiful vegan goodie bag. The place is spotless and the bed is comfortable, all you need after a nice walk in the parks which are all a short and easy drive away. The shower with a view over the gorge and the coast is worth mentioning. The area is a quiet residential area and the 2 rooms on the lower floor overlooking the garden are independent from the main house and private. Both rooms have an independent outdoor area and a shared space, which gives you plenty of privacy. It was a perfect getaway and I couldn't have asked for more.

We were blown away with the awesome views from our room, patio and shower. The room was beautifully styled, very comfortable and clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful and had a folder prepared with information about the area that was very useful. A basket of nibbles and cold drinks in the fridge went down a treat on arrival as we sat on the patio admiring the view. A delicious breakfast was also included in the price of the room, enjoyed again on the patio admiring the scenery. We would highly recommend this place, very private, and quiet with guest parking. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
