Excellent Location

Good Food & Lovely Staff Very Helpful

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy free parking too! You are in a busy business park (Not Noisy) this is handy for Sainsbury’s or M&S. there is a good restaurant attached to the hotel. This is an old Premier inn hotel, however it looks nothing like a premier inn, all modern rooms very clean and tidy. Would I stay again YES!

the room was extremely hot and the temperature couldnt be adjusted down so made it difficult to sleep. just opened the window though so not the end of the world

We stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very comfortable and attractively decorated. Breakfast was excellent.

Lift was out of use due to refurbishments.

Good bedrooms, well organised for plugs and charging mobiles. Clean and roomy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Dinner was disappointing

Stay here ever year now changed to ibis from premier Inn much more expensive was able to keep up yearly trip for sons bday 🎂. They offer bday treat for arriving but Paid 15 pound extra for banners etc birthday decorations 3 balloons tied on bed a banner lay across the bed and a tray bake off chocolate cake for arrival not worth it. One plus the only good things that are different is free WiFi now and I found the cooked breakfast was lovely and a good portion.

The price has tripled they decorated to a more minimalist hotel which means corridors eco and noise from rooms above is really bad 👎 had a family above us wasn't a relaxing stay for us at all. Tried contacting the WhatsApp number via leaflet in room as there is no phones no answer sent message no reply tried number through booking.com no answer not very good customer service. Beds are also very hard just not my preference.

Breakfast was quite good and location/parking good. We have a suggestion to make: - the addition of a couple of club chairs in the room would add to the facilities but we inadvertently booked a family room so floor space was filled. Otherwise everything was fine.

There was no advance warning given that the hotel was under renovation. If there was, it wasn't obvious. The lift was out of service and I was carrying a lot of heavy stuff back and forth to my room. When I first checked in, my room was already in use by someone else. There was no iron or ironing board. I paid for late checkout, and then when I went back to the room after 12 noon it wouldn't let me access the room. Which was a problem the staff knew about but didn't act upon in advance.

Carpet under the beds had corners turned up causing a trip hazzard. Lift not working.

Receptionist Noise

Room was a lot nicer than expected. Much cheaper than a premier inn room but better quality. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a full size bathtub which was nice to come back to from the gym right next door. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Housekeeping came to check if we needed any new towels/toiletries on our second day there which was great!

Had dinner in the restaurant and service was rather slow. Our order was taken by a lovely woman with dark hair and glasses, and she was brilliant. But after we received our drinks she was replaced by a young man with brown hair who was rather curt and forgot about us after clearing our plates. We had planned to order desert and more drinks but couldn't get his attention, so after 20 minutes we paid at the bar and left. However the food was lovely.

This is a great hotel for a business trip. Clean and tidy, friendly staff and really great food. Been a couple of times now and will use again if traveling to this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They are uplifting the hotel inside, but was no noise. And everything was new and clean in the room. The staff kind and smiley. The breakfast is good enough, and it`s a huge portion.

It was good enough, I can`t say any negative thing after 3 nights.

Having to put the heating on when arrived in room it was freezing took about 1 hour to heat up

I like the location of the hotel because it is in a shopping complex like Junction One in Antrim. I love food in the restaurant inside the hotel. The price of the food wasn't bad for what got in the portion.
