Everything about our trip to this rental was perfect: communication about directions and what we needed to bring (they supplied everything, from towels and linens to a clean sink sponge), suggestions for what to do and where to eat, and OH-MY-WORD the rental itself! All of the blankets and pillows and towels were clean and fluffy -- so inviting -- and the space felt open and totally comfortable. And the view is spectacular, right out to the beach. We saw dolphins the first morning while enjoying coffee. I will definitely book this place again, and given the care shown for this rental, I'm going to check out their mountain location, too. Highly recommend it!!

Made last minute plans for a few days at the beach. This unit will not disappoint. We’d like to stay again. It was clean and arrival and departure instructions were great!!

My mother and I enjoyed our stay here so much! I needed assistance when arriving and Jamie responded promptly. The location was peaceful and quite with a beautiful oceanfront view. This condo was exquisitely furnished and decorated. It was by far the cleanest and most well kept of any property I have stayed. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

Our family of 5 came here and we were blown away by everything “A Wave from it All” had to offer! This place is extremely clean, relaxing, and comfortable. A true vacation even with three little ones! It has a wonderful view that we loved enjoying from the porch during nap time, and my kids had a blast in the pool. Jaime is a great host who was easily available with any questions. All the extra touches Jaime added makes the place feel at home. We are so thankful to have come stay here and will definitely be back!! Thank you Jaime!!

We loved Ocean Isle Beach and the property was the perfect location for our family.

I’d never been to Ocean Isle before but my friend had and recommended we head there for a week’s getaway to the beach. I got on line to find a spot for two ‘mature’ women ( mid 60’s and 70’s)— a convenient place, steps from the beach, a good location as far as dining and stores are concerned, and a place for two… not something huge for a group of 16 plus. A Wave From It All— was just the spot! It’s a condo located in a small cluster of units - only 2 stories with about 24 2 bedroom units. The condo had two bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a great sitting are with a large TV( the bedrooms also each had their own tv). Linens, towels and toilet paper and kitchen supplies were all included. China, child friendly plates and cups, glasses, wine glasses as well as a complete margarita station and coffee station were all delightfully waiting. There is a stacked washer/dryer as there is a limited number of towels— (4 total) There were two laundry pods as well as dishwasher pods as well as a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper so if you’re staying for a week or longer, bring extra or head to the nearby Publix or Lowe’s grocery to stick up. The AC was great. There is one walk-in shower and another tub/ shower combo. The community pool is located at the bottom of our unit’s stairs and the beach access is an easy short walk from the unit. The beach access has only stairs so be advised if pulling a wagon or needing handicap access.

Jamie's place was amazing! The location was perfect, the place comfortable and clean, communication was easy with quick response. Having the beach chairs and wagon was an added bonus, and the pool was lovely. Overall, this was a wonderful stay for our group!!

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was perfect. Jaime has absolutely everything you will need for your getaway! The condo is decorated beautiful and so so clean. The beds were very comfortable too and both bedrooms have a white noise machine. We had a great time at ocean isle :)

We’ve been coming to OIB for awhile now every Summer and this property by far has been the best! Jamie is an excellent host, communicates right away to answer any questions. We were impressed with how nice the condo was from the furniture and comfy beds to the appliances. The condo was spotless and everything was in its place. Jamie has equipped the kitchen with absolutely every tool/gadget you would possibly need! Views of the beach from the oceanfront deck just can’t be beat!! You will not be disappointed when you stay at A Wave From It All, you won’t want to leave!! Thank you Jamie for an amazing experience!!

The condo exceeded expectations in every way. Recently renovated, well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and more, great coffee bar, comfortable beds, and great views. They also provided new beach chairs, wagon, and all other beach equipment. Great communication by the owners. The owners thought of everything when they renovated and stocked the condo.

Jaime was an incredible host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her condo! She quickly responded to our questions. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully updated, and perfectly decorated. Jaime surely paid attention to the details: dual coffee pot so some of us could have tea and others coffee, huge coffee mugs and beautiful dishes, the refrigerator with the ice maker for cold drinks, the beach wagon and beach chairs so we didn't have to pack from home, extra blankets to cozy up with in the evening, providing us with starter dishwasher and laundry pods, the margarita maker & even salt for the rim, the list goes on and on. Planning our next trip to stay at Jaime's condo! Thanks for everything!!!

It was just like we expected. The pool was reality crowded at times well over 25 people The steps and parking were a bit much for me. Overall a great place and fun week.

Our family enjoyed our perfect week at A Wave From it All! The condo has all the comforts of home with an amazing view of the ocean! The beach is super wide with plenty of room for family games, fishing and reading. We also enjoyed the pool area to cool off with a nice frozen 🍹. The only bad part about the stay is we all had to leave this little piece of paradise! Definitely returning!

Jaime made sure every little touch was perfect at the property! Check in time was 4 pm, but we were able to get in early😊. Golf cart power plug in was installed just before our trip so we were able to rent a golf cart for the week also. Beach chairs, toys, wagon, boogie boards, pack n play, high chair, etc provided made it much easier for packing purposes. The view of this property is AMAZING! Right on the beach. We will definitely book again with Jaime if our next trip is to Ocean Isle!

Our top floor condo was bright, cheerful, and clean as a whistle. It was very well appointed with everything we needed and then some. When we ran into a problem, such as how to get on the WiFi or use the coffee maker, our hostess responded immediately and solved our dilemma. Lovely area of the beach. We hope to be back soon. “A Wave From It All” exceeded our expectations. Jaime was so communicative from our initial booking until we checked out. She was available with any questions we had. The house was EXTREMELY clean and taken care of. All the little details were greatly appreciated from the charging stations and sound machines in the bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen with a margarita machine and coffee bar! We will DEFINITELY stay here again. Five stars from us!

Property super clean and really exceeded expectations for a condo unit. Location right on the beach for awesome view and access. Great convenient amenity bonuses in the storage closet (boogie boards, wagon!! Chairs!!). Really well appointed kitchen. Really glad we chose this unit. Family had a great time and we were super comfortable in this condo!! A++++++

We had a wonderful stay. Booking, check in & communication with the owner was easy & fast. The condo is clean & welcoming. Jaime has thought of everything to make a beach trip stress free. Waking up & seeing the ocean from bed was the icing on the cake. The pool was open and the beach is just steps away, we cannot wait to come back!

The property is newly renovated I believe and beautifully decorated. Perfect spot ! Ocean front, comfy beds, beautiful views, quick drive to the grocery store, children’s play park, ice cream shop, and putt putt 😀. Condo has everything you need. Only downside is the walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors kids running around . Will definitely go back !

This was our first time visiting OIB, and we had the best time! The property was just steps to the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. The host was very easy to communicate with and even provided a guidebook, which was very helpful since we were new to the area. This was definitely the most well-equipped property we've ever stayed at- Jaime thought of everything! Highly recommend!

We drove over from Raleigh for a spontaneous weekend at the beach and lucked out to find this little gem of a condo. Everything inside seems brand new, the outside is very well kept too. The owner was easy to communicate with when needed. This condo is situated in a way that you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets on the ocean and the public beach access is basically right off of their community parking lot. The beds and linens were also comfortable. Nearby restaurants were enjoyable and we even got a bonus on the morning we left and saw a few dolphins jumping around in the ocean! 🐬 🌊 Maybe we need to come back again when the pool is open 😊
