The room was very clean and up-to-date. It was just the smallest hotel/motel room I've ever been in. It should've been half the price it was so small. But the extra amenities offered made up for it to an extent.

Clean basic rooms and bathrooms are on the small side. Fairly convenient (8 blocks) to downtown shopping and river walk. 6 blocks to free parking lot for downtown access. Cheerful, helpful management and staff.

A really nice surprise! Can tell it is family owned by the pride they take in the entire operation. Including beautiful flower boxes all the way across the length of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Nicely decorated. Refrigerator and microwave great. Nice bathroom. Great service. Snacks for breakfast were a bonus. Room is very compact, perhaps a smaller table. Air conditioner works well but blows into wall so difficult to get a good temperature. Easy parking.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Woodland Motel. Decided to stay here last minute and we are so glad we did! The people were so friendly and helpful. We had a dog and the motel was very dog friendly, and even offered us a dog bed and bowls for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Woodland! Clean room, super friendly staff, nice tv with good cable. Really good locally brewed coffee in room and snacks in the lobby. We soaked in the hot tub after each day of skiing at Monarch. It was newer and clean. We will stay here again next year!

If you're looking for clean and comfortable, you're at the right place. A true Americana mom & pop place. The desk clerk at check-in was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was a skoch on the small side but was definitely large enough for everything we needed. IT WAS CLEAN! There was a hot tub that guests were in but we didn't partake. Coffee and a very continental breakfast (granola bars and fruit cups) were available in the office in the morning. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. What more can you ask for?
