Checked in an hour early and there was confusion about contacting me when ready. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was top notch. Will come back for my yearly visit for a friend's dinner

The tv in the room turned on every 15 minutes all night long. Called about 2:00. Guest services said try to unplug it. There was not a way to do that. We were up most of the night.

Spider in room (killed it), then a HUGE roach, slightly will blame NYC. No microwave in the room. Continetal Breakfast is just school breakfast items, will still need to go get some real food. Waste of money for what I paid for, could’ve found a better option actually closer to the city, this is moreso around the outskirts of Brooklyn, far from anything good.

I parked around the hotel at the park, street parking. Do not park at hotel, they have 5 parking spaces in their garage and it’s very tight parking area. And it’s $30/night for parking, no In and Outs. Hotel was clean and nice. Good breakfast included, there are also bagel places with in walking distance.

The place is clean and well managed. The staff is professional and helpful. Complementary breakfast was very good. Parking is advertised but it is limited and with no in and out available. Parking in the neighborhood is tough to find...you may have to walk several blocks

It felt nice and safe. Room was clean and comfy, we loved our vacation and this hotel was a major part of it. Walking distance to nearby stores and food as well as the subway. 10/10 would recommend!

Very clean, specious, comfortable hotel and rooms. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast options. Coffee/tea/ drinking water available 24/7.
Unloading was a bit challenging since the space right in front of the entrance is always occupied by parked cars and it’s a busy street. Although the hotel had parking space available, my car was oversized and I didn’t want to take chances. Also it’s $30 every time you enter. We managed to find parking spot on nearby street both evenings we were there.

Staff was amazing. I stayed at the property because my husband was having a medical procedure at a local hospital. I needed to get some medical supplies and the front desk went out of their way to find a place to purchase and even called to make sure they carried the item. That’s going beyond what is expected.

Would stay again, hotel and rooms were clean, staff is friendly. Parking is tricky. Was able to find street parking a few blocks away, during my 2 night stay. Staff was nice enough to let me place my bags behind their desk so that I could pull my car up during checkout. The location is right near major highway if you do plan to drive around to the city of manhattan etc.
Only negative is walls are thin. Doors are heavy and slam. No fault of the hotel just people not being courteous.

Room was clean, beds comfy, towel had a long dark hair on it, shower floor gets extremely slippery, no digital clock, parking is difficult, we parked in your garage and it was very tight turning

The place was great, clean, friendly staff. Bed was HUGE & very comfortable. My only concern was the shower was a bit slippery & bathroom floor had no shower mat. I used a towel on the floor to walk on after my shower. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time Rooms was clean look just like the pictures staff's amazing. My only issue is when you pay for parking on the property.You can't move your car until the next day so you can't go in and out. the parking is $35 dollars a night. Street parking is there.

I love this place. This is my 2nd time at this place and I will be returning when I'm visiting family. I'm originally from Brooklyn and I have to say this neighborhood is safe. Parking can be tricky but that all is all over the boroughs. Only issue is that the front desk needs a little bit more training on how to transfer different credit cards when you are checking out.

Great place to stay if you want to stay in the Brooklyn area. It's conveniently located nearby the 86st, R train stop and also a bus stop nearby. They have shops nearby for food and shopping. The only thing we didn't like is the parking. The breakfast was great! Bagels, cereal, oatmeal packs, muffins and even greek yogurt! Veggie omelet already individually wrapped for easy TO GO. Fresh apples and bananas. Pretty decent coffee and wide selection of tea as well. If you want onsite parking lot, you pay extra for it but its first come first served and it does NOT give you the privilege to go in & out. Your better off finding street parking and save yourself that money.
