Not clean at all!! No light in the bedroom or the entrance. Loud neighbors in the middle of the night.

Cool space with ample room. Love the loft style, comfortable bed, huge shower, well-stocked kitchen, the building felt secure, and free parking on side of building. Better value than pricey Rochester hotels.

The carpeting needs to be replaced upstairs. Seemed very dirty. Also smelled of smoke though signs indicated smoking forbidden. But everything else clean.

Inexpensive, convenient location.

Definitely could use some maintenance and a good cleaning.

It was a unique, loft apartment…very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to keep our dog with us too. The location was prime, being less than 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to go that weekend in November 2023.

There was some sort of mix up online with our reservation, so instead of walking into a 2 bedroom apt. with beds for 5 of us, there was only 1 full size bed in the loft. I immediately called the host who told me it was a software error, but they had nothing else to offer. It was too late to go anywhere else, so they gave us a partial refund and brought over extra blankets and pillows for a cpl of small inflatable twin mattresses. We appreciated their effort, but 1 mattress deflated during the night, and the person who slept on the couch woke up freezing because her blanket was damp (It must not have had enough time in the dryer). So for 3 out of 5 of us, it was not a comfortable night, which was too bad because we really did like the space. I hope they’ve worked out whatever the problem was in the reservation system.

Host responded instantly at 10-11pm (on arrival) and fixed our issues

Got the wrong loft at first

The living area was open near And clean 1.5 bathrooms

The second sleeping space had no door and no tv. There was no bathtub
