Apartment was nice and cosy and very close to Disney land Paris and other social amenities. It is a beautiful apartment that needs more cleaning and clean beddings. Other than that it’s a perfect place for family visit. Would have given a 10 but the beddings and towel put me off.

The beddings were dirty, towel looked old and dirty. Not enough proper pillows. Duvet was dirty and hairs every where. An apartment for public use should make use of clean white towels and beddings and not red awful dirty colors. There should be extra clean beddings for easy access.

The apartment was a good price without the security deposit.

The 500 euro security charge is absolutely outrageous. It was 5 times the amount we paid for the actual room. We couldn’t find the apartment when we first got there because we were told the number and apparently went up through the wrong door which led us to somebody else’s apartment with the same number. The apartment was also missing its fire/smoke alarm. We asked the owner how long the deposit took to return after we checked out as we were moving from that apartment to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip. She told us she would release the charge as soon as we checked out and that it was up to our bank, it could take between 24 hours to a few days. We contacted our bank at 24 hours and they said that they couldn’t return the money until they released it or it expires. It ended up expiring 5 days later when we got back from our trip as they never released it and just waited for the hold to expire. We were down 500 euros while trying to take our two young children to Disney which obviously if we could afford we wouldn’t have been booking such a low cost apartment.

An excellent apartment in a new development. Easy access from motorway, and easy to get to Disneyland Paris. I especially liked the underground parking garage - there are no roads and very few cars on the site, so it seems very peaceful. Google satellite view isn't up to date, look for the 2nd driveway after the roundabout and park in front of the garage door while you go and get your door key and garage key fob from the key safe.

Plan your cooking if you want to eat in the apartment - there's a 2-ring hob, microwave, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine (you need to take your own Tassimo pods - make sure you buy right right make!). Having read earlier reviews we took our own kettle to make tea and coffee. Otherwise the furnishing and decor are superb, bathroom has a lovely big shower and plenty of hot water.

New apartment located couple km from Disneyland. Great location, garage below the building, safe area. Self check in/check out. Clean. Good contact with host. Worth to be booked. We will come back for sure.

Suggestion not criticism because we enjoyed the stay - would be good to add kettle to the apartment.
