Loved the location, my husband had major surgery at St John of God hospital, literally 3 mins walk. nice cafes and eating places close by loved Honey right near hospital and nice food and I did some Christmas shopping. there. Foodworks close by. Apartment was perfect, had everything I needed. Washing facilities, drying facilities. Cooking and full-sized fridge. Comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space. The reception staff were amazing before and during stay.

Only negative was the lack of mopping tiles in bathroom and kitchen area. I was there for 6 days and nights. Didn't happen I have notified Management, if they don't know they cannot manage this.

Kept up all night by a party going on just outside our window. Even with it shut we could hear them like they were in the room with us. Not sure if the noise was other guests partying on the balcony or the strip club opposite 😂

Studio was very clean and comfortable. All plates, cups etc were new and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable and the TV excellent. Secure parking and entry. A very comfortable night.

location was perfect for walk to restaurants shops and arts centre , comfortable bed , updated bathroom , go upstairs to the top floor for magnificent views of Geelong

Staff were friendly and tried their best. The room was clean, modern and presented nicely.

The room stunk like cigarettes due to people smoking next door. Staff tried to address this but it didn't make a difference. We asked housekeeping to do our room first thing in the morning. In the afternoon it was still not done. Only in the afternoon when we asked a second time did they do this. We were wanting to use the room during this time and it was uncomfortable trying to get ready for a wedding whilst they were there.

Accommodation was fabulous and central for our requirements, our 14yo daughter thought it was so good, she'd never stayed in 'flash" accommodation, it made her stay excellent. Roof top terrace amazing views

The space, comfortable bedding, easy access to where we needed to go and walking distance to things we did.

The wind/air noise that was on and off all night. The staff were great and apologised in the morning as a seal if being fixed.
