Everything. Panos and Popi are the greatest hosts in all of Greece. They really make you feel at home. The place is extremely nice and clean, with views second to none. Extra points for the unreal breakfast brought to the room every morning. Perfect spot. Will 100% be coming back.

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful split-level apartment with plenty of outside space and that all-so-important plunge pool. Everything in the property was top-notch, from robes to bedding to the pool towels. Breakfast was excellent and catered to our dietary needs. Our hosts Popi and Panos were so helpful and welcoming, really lovely people. Location was excellent with the town just a minute’s walk away. Views down over the harbour were icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommended to treat yourselves in this beautiful little town.

Villas are brand new, beautifully constructed and decorated. Located right by Assos village square you have restaurants, shops and a bakery 1 minute away from where you’re staying. The view from our room we could see Assos sea port and it was breathtaking. It was like looking at a postcard every morning. The restaurants are beautiful and have options for every diet requirement. As beautiful as the property is, the most special part of this accommodation is the people who run it. Panos and his family are beautiful and kind people who genuinely want you to have a great holiday. Every morning they would bring us a beautiful traditional Greek breakfast and Panos would be helped by his cute sons in the morning. His wife was always smiling and greeting us when we crossed paths and made our stay so special. The property was also cleaned perfectly daily and fresh towels that smelt beautiful where replaced everyday. The cleaner was also a ray of sunshine. We wish Panos and his family every success In the future with the Villa business and we will be back soon!

Wonderful, modern villa with super welcoming, friendly hosts. The villa is in a perfect location, in one of the most beautiful villages in Kefalonia. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the villa, so many shops and restaurants just around the corner. Cleaning lady came by everyday, super good breakfast handmade by the hosts. Private jacuzzi outside on the terrace, very relaxing. All the facilities available, the hosts checked up on us through out our stay to see if we are enjoying ourselves. I already miss the villa and everyone there! My favourite holiday ❤️

Beautiful location, brand new and well designed villas

Where to begin…Firstly, it is clear that the development of the property has been completed with no expense spared. Everything from the tiled pool to the kitchen appliances all matches the premium standard throughout. My favourite aspect of the property is the location and view, with just enough privacy and the endless desire to look out over the beach. Finally, the hospitality was welcoming, helpful and really kind. Special thank you to Yanni and Panos for making us smile, beautiful presenting the Villas and cooking a brilliant breakfast. We will be returning again.
