I never received the code the day before I had to call for it. I never received the door code, only a key for my lock box after calling for it. I received phone calls a text messages and an emails from some scammers with the same number /email addresses stating that the owner had to someone else coming and it was not available any more. Wanted me to switch and that they would pay for the difference. The calls Text messages and emails continued until the last day. It was very disturbing thinking someone could try to pull up wanting to rent it during the same time. The Keurig was clogged and would not work, but we were able to buy coffee and use the coffee pot. I will not use vacassa or booking.com again. The house itself was decent and good location. 7/10

You need to be aware of who is trying to scam your customers if I had listened to them I would’ve never gone to it. I would’ve taken another rental property and they would’ve used that empty one to book to another person.
