As usual Adagio did not disappoint!! The unit was spotless and I can tell that someone took extra care cleaning it. The last time we stayed in this unit it was clean however, this year it was spectacular!! I spoke with Stephanie a few times via text and she was awesome as well! We will see you next year!

We have stayed at the Adaguo for more than 20 years. We have rented through all the possible options , Southern Vacation rentals, VRBO, Tour Friebds at the beach and straight from Adagio. Hands down u choose going directly through Adagio! The room this year was beyond expectations! We had 9 guests and rented B203. Four bedroom beach side condo. It was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen was completely stocked!The fridge was huge and fit all our groceries with room to spare !Communication was great and we had the best week !I can’t say enough about this place! Would recommend to anyone!!It’s become our family’s tradition to stay at the Adagio and B 203 will be on our list to stay in again and again!

The place was nice but it was dirty when we arrived. We notified management and they can the next day and wet mopped the common areas. Our feet were dirty as we walked on them. I also felt like the rugs were dirty too. The place itself was nice just not cleaned like I expected.

Our oceanfront condo upon arrival to unit was delightful and gave us a great feeling. Rooms provided with necessities which were very nice. The view beautiful. Loved the leather sofa and chair which we love because it cleans easy and we’re our favorite two places to sit. Overall stay wonderful. Thank you.

Seniors in 70s. Mid in 40s and 2 teens. We had a great time, too short. The condo was in a great location, mid ways between most everything and right on beach. Ocean still warm and that pool is heated. Very clean.Only things I would suggest: Handicap bar in shower and one toilet higher...

Great location and beautiful views. However B-203 was absolutely filthy. $4800 to stay in a unit that was in that kind of shape is beyond ridiculous. When we arrived, within one hour everyone in our unit's feet were black. I have a one year old that still mostly crawls and her hands, knees and feet were black. I did contact the Adagio management and they did send someone to clean the floors but it was just a quick mop. These floors need deep cleaned. My children lost a few things under the furniture and we discovered food and crumbs under the furniture along with cockroaches. I could not believe what I was seeing. I took pictures of one of the cockroaches and sent to adagio management and never heard anything back. The very next morning I had another cockroach run across the floor in the master bathroom. I took another picture and sent to adagio management and still haven't heard anything back. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

We have been staying at Adagio for the last 12 years and have always stayed in different condos. For the last 2 years, we have stayed in this one and have never been disappointed. It was nice to see that the microwave was fixed, the sink was updated, as well as the washer and dryer. The only complaint I have is with property management. The person (young girl) who answered was very rude.

The location was great. The property was well kept but the pool was dirty. The condo wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Very dirty throw rugs scattered about. Coffee pot leaked water every day. Kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. We had to sweep tons of sand out of the bedrooms before we could even unpack. Biggest complaint was the uncleanliness after having to wait until a 5:00pm Checkin, which seemed extreme - they claim the late check in is due to extra cleaning but we did not experience that.
