Great location, able to walk to the beach. Easy drive to other attractions, locations, shops etc. Good communication from host. Property appears freshly renovated inside and was nice and clean. Large back deck was an added bonus! 2 bathrooms was great with our large family

Only issues were very minor - the kitchen bin lid was cracked making it annoying to use. A few more comfortable chairs or large cushions or bean bags for relaxing in the lounge room would be good.

There was dried urine on the toilet seat upon arrival and both toilets gurgled all night and were blocked - when showering in the back bathroom- sitting out side a terrible smell of sewage came through and water started to run out from under the house across the yard and under the granny flat - contacted Hong said he would try and get a plumber but said long weekend to hard and when looking at past reviews - same problem prior - hadn’t been fixed

Location is excellent and the property is quite enough spacious with some of the downsides.

The toiles on both bathrooms are slow flushing. Need to wait for some minutes about 5-10 before next person to use. Also, the air bubbling sound from the toilet which seems the Air vent has not been installed well. Also, the shower screen on the bathroom (next to fridge door) is not enough to stop water splashing. Whenever a person taking bath the water splash across all over the floor and unfortunately, there are no floor mops to wipe them off and also not enough bathmat to replace. The dust and sand deposits at entrance is another challenge to keep off the shoes to pick up before entering the lounge. This could have been managed to avoid such situations.

Not enough seating in the lounge. No bedside tables and no rubbish bin but other than that it was great.
