The hotel facilities are very clean, elegant and pretty much brand new. Breakfast was fresh and tasted good. Room was fancy and TV's have the chromecast option for you to stream your own movies and shows. Close to the mall and lots of cool stores and restaurants

Staff member who did my check in was not willing to look for options to fix a last minute problem that occurred with my booking until another staff member offered some assistance, did not honored the free parking that was offered with online booking and overcharged my credit card. House Keeping never went to clean, organize or empty trash cans in our room throughout the entire stay. Front Desk Only gave us a single roll of toilet paper when a refill was requested

Breakfast was a bit less than I’m used to at a hotel but there were lots of options and everything was good!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, nothing I didn’t like.

The room was spacious for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and the check-in and out process was simple and quick.

The bed was a little firm (more than I like) but I slept very well.

Staff were lovely, location to airport was brilliant. 5 min walk. Everything brand new, breakfast hot and lots of choice. Couldn’t fault it. Burger was lovely!

No draft beer. Struggling to give any negative feedback. Chips were cold but didn’t complain as burger was so nice.

Love the place! Very relaxing. The downstairs bartender was polite and cheery. The front desk staff was friendly and on point. The room was excellent with a view of airplane hangers and runway. Perfect stay for our Brevard County Zoo visit.

Comfortable beds, initially very clean, breakfast hours were good .. quiet rooms .. very nice front desk staff.

We stayed for 4 days .. no one came to make the beds or empty the trash or tidy up the room the entire time .. we had to ask for new towels … would have liked longer breakfast hours .. no juice was provided one day .. eggs were cold.
