The automatic check-in machine was broken, so we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 p.m. but were not allowed into our room until 2:30 p.m. I kept trying to call but the phone was disconnected. Three other guests kept calling in the lobby as well, but I gave up and went out to look for another hotel. It took 3 hours to check in and we were exhausted. They should at least provide a phone with an immediate connection. The hotel was nice, close to the station and the rooms were clean.

Great hotel close to the S Bahn
The only thing it doesn’t have a mini bar fridge
I enjoyed staying here
And the ladies that do the breakfast are a real delight
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends

Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. Air Conditioning was working great. Storage space for clothing was slim. Biggest issue was a unique outlet that did not fit with European outlet adapter that I have used in all my travels.
Staff was extremely friendly!!!

The location of this hotel is really great. Numerous shops and restaurants with easy access to public transportation. Also an easy walk to Marienplatz.
Our experience with the hotel room was not so good. The room was very small… especially the bathroom. This alone I could handle, but I was very disappointed that our room would not drop lower than 28C (82 degrees Fahrenheit). In fact two of the nights of our stay our room reached 31C (88 degrees Fahrenheit). We also had one full day with no hot water. Fortunately we needed cold showers to cool off…

Checking in to the hotel was straightforward with friendly staff. The hotel was in good condition and clean. Its location for transport and for getting to city centre was great.

Great location! Very clean. Only with they had a few more hooks to hang things in the room or more storage. Loved the door opening to outside. Staff was friendly. Cleaned out room and left new water every day.

Disappointed no tea/coffee making facilities. Very overpriced for the size and quality of accommodation. Inflated prices due to euros? Very loud as next to busy traffic so sleep affected.

Great location. Short walk to the underground transportation systems. Great bakery and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

No concierge or help in any manner from the front desk. Optional 20 Euros for breakfast not worth it. Road noise in room. Outstanding location near Marienplatz and the Rathskeller and subway station.

Two blocks from a train stop so easy access to the hotel. Short walk to Marien Platz - Staff and accommodations were very good. I’m glad I chose this hotel

Due to the worst snow storm in 90 years, we ended up staying here 5 instead of our original 2 days. Desk guy Cosmo was invaluable as he lined up a taxi for us to the hotel when there was a mile long line after our flight was cancelled. Easy two block walk to Marienplatz, right next to the Isartor Sbahn station, small but stylish/comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms w great water pressure, great neighborhood restaurants within a couple minutes walk and a nice cafe/bar attached to the lobby.

DO NOT BOOK - WORST SERVICE
I checked in at 9pm upon which the receptionist gave me the keycard saying ‘btw the lift is not working and your room is on the 6th floor.’ I was shocked asking him why he would not say it before I check in or notified me by email so that I could look for an alternative hotel.
When I said that I wont be able to go up and down the 6th due to health reasons, they tried to give me a smaller room on the ground floor right next to the bins and restaurant, without really offering up any reimbursement or compensation.
I had to stay on the 6th floor for 3 nights and they even made me pay for my 25€ lunch and turned away my request for compensation or to cncel the hotel. On top of this, the heating was not working in the room either-BEWARE IN WINTER DONT BOOK!! they are very unprofessional and untrained dont even know if they have any heating, all of the 3 staff members said something different. The manager argued that 21 is enough in winter in the room which I found bizarre as it is up to the client to decide which temperture one finds warm or cold. I made a video of the broken controller of what theh think was a heating and reporting them to hotels.com
I cant stress enough how unprofessional this team is in not making up for any bad experience caused by them while charging the client full price!
There are plenty of other good hotels nearby!

The hotel and room were very nice. The bed was comfy, the bathroom big and the shower very nice. The room itself was very hot, though which made it difficult to sleep. We had to have the window wide open which meant lots of noise from the bar downstairs.

No air-con, no fridge, no tea/coffee/utensils and while the staff were helpful, this hotel was not worth what I paid for it.

No A/C but luckily we had good weather and kept the windows open. By doing so the room became even smaller.
Overall it was a great stay with clean and central location.

The hotel is in a great location just outside the Isartor Gate and close to public transport. Also walking distance to many of the key sites and attractions.

It was centrally located and was close to my office. No breakfast provided and there was no refrigerator in the room. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear noise from the street at night. Get your ear plug handy.

We loved the location and the assistance the front desk gave us, so we could navigate the city. It was a perfect rest stop for Octoberfest and before we went home.Only suggestion would be coffee in the room.

The staff were exceptionally nice and switched to English after they realized I was struggling with Deutsch. They always checked to see if I had everything I needed even if I was passing by. So, awesome and friendly staff. The room was small/cozy but was still more than I needed re floor space. There was a queen bed, a small desk in the corner, and maybe a 2 cube cabinet that held a small mini safe you could lock with a customized code.Everything was fantastic but there was 1 thing that bugged me and 1 thing that annoyed me: The thing that bothered me) no dressers or closets. I understand its EUR/GER and dressers or closets arent exactly normal due to lack of space. There was a single hook in the room with several hangers on it and that was it besides the desk and cabinet that held the mini safe. So, youd have to live out of your luggage case for the duration of your stay. The thing that annoyed me) I stayed in room 502 and you could only gain access to room 501 and 502 after walking through a heavy door. The doors closes automatically and when they closed, they make an abrupt banging sound and the walls also shake. The room doors are also similar in terms of impact -so if the door adjacent to your room is constantly closing at whatever time (drunk neighbors coming and going at 1AM / cleaning staff at 9-10AM) , it can get a bit much for some people. Im a quiet person though so perhaps Im just sensitive to sound. Overall, A+ experience.

Loved the boutique feel of the hotel, felt very on trend. The hotel could do with aircon in the rooms, I had to sleep with the window wide open which was ok until the ‘party girls’ passed at 2am screaming and continuing their party so I didn’t sleep.

This property has no air condition in 80% of its rooms . It is almost close to false advertisement as the property did not say most of its rooms has no air conditioning on the Expedia nor their own website. I checked in for one night and it was 33 degrees in Munich . The room
Was like an oven and very noisy . And you cannot open the entire windows since the air outside was warmer then the room . I would demand for full refund . The hotel owner should have been more forthcoming and let visitors know that most of their rooms do not has AC .. do not stay here during summer unless you want to be BBQ
