The location, the hotel, the service, the food, the people. We loved the hotel and the location. This was our favourite stay from our trip to the Basque Country. Zarautz is a great place to stop and base to explore the wider coast in this region. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, attentive and focused on the details and keen to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and we loved the overall design throughout the hotel - a lot or thought has gone into this. We had a very delicious and memorable meal at the hotel’s restaurant - one of the best from our trip. We would love to have spent more time here and would very much like to visit again.

Es gibt ein wunderbares Restaurant im Haus. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Der Spa-Bereich ist auch herrlich - vor allem der Blick aus dem Pool...wunderschön.

Modern, great design, relaxed ambience and high tech. Generous with free mini bar and lovely breakfast. Staff were excellent too.

very helpful and friendly receptionists making experience extra special they made you feel included short distance away from town great walks close by and beach. the hotel is very modern and beautiful. very comfortable rooms and bed. nice peaceful area to chill by the pool

being pregnant the menu for pincho/ lunch didn’t have any options for me also the menu wasn’t in English so constantly having to ask what things are to find out if I could eat if we were staying for a long period the variety at breakfast could change to make it more interesting for example different fruits maybe option for cooked mushrooms or sausage just a bit more variety over several days

the hotel is really awesome, the staff and service are great. we really enjoyed time spent here.
