Beware when booking. This might be a fine hotel but I don't know. I didnt realize we were paying at time of booking, no big deal. But we had a family emergency during our travels and tried to cancel 5 days before our stay but were unable to do so on "short notice." So we paid for a night we didn't use, not their fault, mine for not paying enough attention when booking but it doesn't mean I should give them a good rating and warn others of their policies.

Our stay was great, very clean and comfortable , had everything you need. I wish our stay could have been longer. Newly remodeled and was in a great location.

I love the amenities (small washing machine &dryer in the room) & coffee place just beside as well as a brewery/resto. Also close to a long trail where you can walk &bike. Perfect place if it is part of a longuer trip. So you can recharge!

Lovely appartment, spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. Set near a river and with a number of restaurants within walkable distance. Parking was easy and on site. Great for a comfortable overnight stop enroute to Quebec

This was our second time staying here. First time was a few months ago. We had a different suite than last time, but still bright and clean suite similar to our first stay. We'll definitely be back when in the area. Both times were only for one night, however the suites would be ideal for multiple nights with a fridge, stove washer & dryer.

Morel is a delight - outside, it could be a light industrial, retail or office building, but inside it's amazing. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable and stylish. Nearby are great restaurants, all very walkable. Love it here!

Well planned and constructed, everything for a great stay was provided. There was beautiful ground coffee and a bodum, it was a real treat!

The area was nice and clean. Featured a small kitchen that was fully stocked. There was also a booklet of restaurants, cafes, and things to do in the area that were a quick drive, or walkable from the suite.

What a wonderful place. Very well equipped and we loved the attention to detail. Beautifully decorated. Loved having the french press and local coffee to try. Ive told everyone travelling this way to definitely stop here. We will definitely stay here again.

The suites are renovated. They include a full kitchen, a washer and dryer. There is an EV charging station you can prepay ($15 plus tax) so it is reserved for you for the night. The bed is really comfortable.

Refinished suite. Very nice Ikea style. Huge rooms with full kitchen. Located downtown. Free EV recharge at city hall (2min walking distance). Movie theatre, coffee shop nearby. Walking trail and kid park nearby.

Top notch facility and very well equipped suite, full kitchen, in suite laundry etc.
TV and internet was a bit problematic, kept hanging. Couldn’t figure out how to get live TV. Mattress was too hard.
But these were minor issues and I’d highly recommend this facility.

We staying in unit 11 and it was convenient to have our car out front. The room was clean and quiet and had a great kitchen space. The location was good as we walked to the restaurant. It was a perfect stay.

I would recommend this property.
We stayed in Suite 6.
It’s very clean and upgraded all over! The kitchen is adorable. Tile backsplash, stove, sink, integrated dishwasher, dishes for 6, pot, pan, knives, cutting boards, you name it. Nice size fridge with freezer.
The bathroom is spotless and has laundry facilities as well,

Text message with all the details needed arrive in advance and were spot on! We had no questions or concerns. It was just as described.
The only thing I would say, is when you’re booking, make sure you tell them if you have trouble with stairs as we had to climb a couple sets (not an issue for us, but may be for some) as they have lower and upper suites and can likely accommodate those needs.
We would stay again.

I received a text message yesterday with all the check in details. Everything was very clear. Getting to our suite was so easy. We didn’t have contact with anyone. The suite is perfect for our overnight stay and perfect for meal prep and clean up. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer or cleaner place. If we are in the area we will definitely come back.
